Very nice, new property with up-to-date technology - streaming services, mini-USB ports, heat/air conditioning controls, etc. The only glitch was hand soap was missing, which the front desk was happy to provide upon request.

Area around the property had lots of construction, GPS could not even get me there, hard to find.
Some sort of malfunction, rooms have no Wi-Fi or even TV throughout the property. Rooms in the 1960’s had TV, Red Roof Inn has TV. Unacceptable.
Had a Caesar salad with chicken in restaurant, very skimpy.

Weekend trip from Florida to Raleigh for a college football game. Hotel is definitely in a great location; Starbucks onsite. Friendly front desk staff and workers all around. Unfortunately our room was extremely hot and would never cool down, even when the heat and air were set appropriately. Maintenance came out twice to look at it. We thought it was fixed but it continued to be hot all day/night long. Luckily we checked out Sunday or we would have asked for another room.

Hotel is beautiful and the staff was great. It’s located within walking distance with sidewalks to shopping. As of our stay (11/09/23) there is new construction going on in the immediate area but noise was not a factor. The restaurant is nice with great service. Food was good but ridiculously overpriced.

This hotel was in a great location and close proximity to the airport and everything I wanted to do. There is a shopping are right outside of the hotel which makes it convenient to get food as well as shop. I will come back to stay.

Everything was great except Lady who worked at the restaurant bar at night was rude went for a pizza and changed my mind go across the street for food ! :)

The room was nice, furniture was thoughtful and unique, bedding comfortable and nice, clean, special touches like chamomile tea and lavender oil, bathroom nice, well designed. Felt better than your typical hotel room, very pleasant and relaxing.
