The hotel is not bad, but a little tired, the pillows need to be changed

The hotel is relatively new in the mall, the room is large, the breakfast is rich, there is cake every morning, and there is a welcome drink when you check in

Everything is excellent, very spacious and everything works correctly, it has a shopping center right below. The photos show a heated pool and gym... unfortunately that does not correspond.

Excellent experience, a great place to rest. Nice room, beautiful sight of the mountains, good food (i would improve the breakfast, good quantity), good location, near from everything, mall, restaurantes, Banks, Smart fitness, pharmacy, lo recomiendo.

We recently stayed at the hotel during our trip to Chile. Thank you to the friendly staff who help us to book a nice winery tour. The breakfast was an amazing with the fresh bread and home made mermelade. Room were clean and modern looking. We definitely will consider an other stay.

I stayed in this hotel overnight for an event that I had in Rancagua and it was perfect. The room was impeccable a very comfortable bed and pillows. The room had a comfortable size, Wi-FI, comfortable bathroom with toiletries and breakfast was included. The breakfast was delicious and quite varied. I highly recommend this place.

Totally recommended. Nice view, modern and comfortable rooms. The spectacular breakfast buffet was very complete, they had chumbeque, it reminded me of my time in the north, it was a wonderful experience.

Terrible Hotel, no service staff in the Restaurant, stale food, flies walked around the buffet and to make matters worse, the reception staff and Manager were completely out of place. In short, if they do not have the necessary personnel, they better close.

Touring the historic city of Rancagua can be a good panorama. Finding the perfect place to spend the night is part of the adventure. This time I visited the Hotel Terrado, with spacious rooms and beautiful views. The staff is a 7 and more, all very friendly and concerned. The only point I would take into account to improve is the breakfast, it seems to me to be poorly stocked but of quality. I don't know if there are better breakfast options in the city, but for now I will only say that it is a detail that does not overshadow the service and facilities of this hotel.

Today, Saturday, July 15, I made a reservation to go with my 2 small children, ages 10 and 11, to the hotel; Upon arrival they tell me that they must pay as adults, whenever we travel we reserve a double room to be with them, what seems in bad taste to me is that after having charged and having left the guarantee, they inform me of this, they call the hotel manager and I tell him that this is the first time that a hotel charges me for two children as an adult, and he indicates “well maybe in the other hotels she managed to go unnoticed” which seems disrespectful to me to point out that we are hiding our children to get some money. type of benefit. We could have stayed and paid what was due, but we left the hotel since his treatment was quite uncomfortable. It's a shame that the terrace chains hire managers with little training in customer service, I can't imagine how they treat their workers!

We went through, round trip and back on our trip. The first stay was good and the girl at the reception was very friendly. Not so the second time, the receptionist was a bit dismissive, pointing out that they couldn't honor our payment for the first night we stayed, even though they offered it themselves. However, I respected what they offered, otherwise I would have booked through booking. The truth is that these things lower the energy that one carries on their trip, especially when they look at you in such a contemptuous way. This was upon entering on Friday the 23rd. The price is not less for not having an extractor in the bathroom and the cleaning of our bathroom upon entering the second time was not very good, the shower and floor had hair.
