Great hotel in Ranchi. Beds very comfortable. Food was varied and a good choice. Rooms were spotless and cleaned daily. A big thank you to our cleaner Santosh kr.makato. Would definitely recommend this hotel for both individuals and groups.

Flavours good ambiences and good service spl by Ankita and there team captain Sunil. Has excellent view of pond and very nice rooms also thanks for giving a good stay and breakfast is also very nice staff behaviour is very good sitting is also comfortable room service is also good thank you again to Prakash Sunil Pushpa Deepak and all there staff

Good room, good food . Initial waiting for getting a room was long, 45 min. But rest of the facilities are satisfactory. House keeping staffs are well behved. Kitchen is well mintined . .. with delicious items . .. liked the hotel and interested to visit agian

I stayed at Le Lac for 3 days and then 1 day again the following week due to some medical procedures in Ranchi. Very neat and clean rooms, delicious food and courteous staff. Nice lake view too. Sincere thanks to Mr. VIkas, Mr. Dipanshu and the rest of the staff for making our stay very comfortable. Will definitely stay there again. Highly recommended!

Stayed ***y hotels but felt totally personalised treatment to the customers. I follow Ramzan fasting and required early morning some light snacks (fruits). While booking Mr. Deepanshu assured sir come and experience. Stayed and met Chef Mr. Maksud and he invited iftar with his fellow staffs and General ***ager hosted a Iftar party to all staff and I was only one outsider. So nicely ***aged and felt a homely feel especially during this holy month. I don't have words to thank the ***agement, entire staff for their feelings, empathy and support for other believers. Truly best example for Unity in Diversity. Thank you GM Saab, Chef, Tasleem, Deepanshu and other staffs at Ranchi

Pathetic services. Their services is horrible & so is their food. Plus they will annoy you to the core. None of the rooms ac work & they claim to be 4 star. Their staffs are highly misbehaved (Rahul Singh) & don’t know who to behave with the guest. I would rate negative
