There were no outlets that could charge via USB cable. The reception area was dark, and I couldn't figure out where to check in at first. The staff at the reception seemed unmotivated. Water was leaking from the faucet that fills the bathtub in the room. There was only body soap; there was no shampoo or conditioner. The noise from the gate with vehicles coming and going at night was so loud I couldn't sleep. Breakfast was at 7am, but when I went at that time, it wasn't ready. Slippers should be provided. The TV remote control didn't have batteries, so I couldn't watch it.

Worst accommodation Worst experience of my life Had to last minute find alternative accommodation that cost me almost double cos it was so bad that we couldn't stay Will never ever go there again Used tissue being cabinet in photo as a cherry on the cake!

I think it should be updated with the current pictures as the current picture online does not reflect the true picture of the property. I prefer low-income earners rent the place and smoking should not be done in public.

Disappointed in the facilities. Bedframe upholstery was torn furniture wa old and the pool wasn’t clean. Breakfast was good but overall I would not recommend. Did not have water due to construction and hotel did not make that known. Had to leave and get another hotel

The staff was friendly and the property looks like it was once gorgeous but it is rundown and needs a facelift. Shower tiles falling off and cutting out feet, mold and mildew in the shower, floors dirty and sheets questionable clean? Wouldn’t book again unless work was done. The area was beautiful and felt safe.

I will like to be contacted regards this hotel, Its the worse place ever to stay. I did not stay in the hotel, the AC not working, the room is dirty. smelling , reception is rude,, I was forced to checked same night. I called the hotel manager to cancel the booking and refund my minye ,
