My husband and I stayed in a suite at this Japanese-style Ryokan that included a tatami room and a Western-style room with twin beds. Together, it was amply spacious and would be comfortable for a family of four or five. The individualized attention and the exceptional dining experience made our stay particularly memorable. The Kaiseki style (18 plus dishes with an assortment of fresh seafood, local beef and vegetables) was 5-Star experience and was comparable to dining at the most exclusive top restaurants in Tokyo. We went skiing at Niseko on two of the days we stayed there and were dropped off and picked up at the nearest resort, Ananpuri, about a 15 minute drive away. Service and consideration topped off our wonderful stay.

カミさんが行きたがってた宿だったので、2023年の締めに行ってきました。初めての宿でした。山の1軒宿で、建物は古かったけれど、古さゆえの雰囲気を醸し出した感じは好感を持てました。お湯もなかなか良いほうでした。夕食は少しずつでしたが、品目が多く、どれも美味しかった。ただ残念なことに次の料理が来るまで時間が長かった。お客さんが多かったとしても、一言謝罪があってもよかったのではないでしょうか。悪いことにほとんど終盤になって30分ぐらい待たされました。お腹一杯だったので残りをキャンセルして部屋に戻りました。30分して女将さんが残りの料理を持ってきて「料理が切れてると言ってくれればよかったのに」待たされた時間の長さなど考えてもいないようでした。おいしい料理だっただけに残念です。もう2度と行かないと思います。

硫黄泉の温度がちょうどある良く、お料理も夕食、朝食共に手の込んだ美味しい食事でした。山の中の温泉地でお刺身の舟盛りはびっくりしました。また雪の降る中、到着した車の前まで荷物を取りに来て部屋まで運んでくれ、朝も車のエンジンをかけて暖房のセッティングまでしていただきました。気遣いを感じました。

1年前に友人とGotoで普段より安く客室露天風呂付きの部屋に泊まり、凄く良い宿だったのでいつか両親を連れて泊まりに来たいと思い年明けに宿泊しました。 今回は予算的に客室露天風呂付きの部屋には宿泊出来ませんでしたが、和洋室の部屋で今回も食事も温泉も良く大満足でした✩.*˚ 前回泊まった時は大浴場の露天風呂が凍結で入れなかったのですが、今回は入る事ができてよかったです！ 夕食の際にシェフの方がわざわざ各席に挨拶にきてくれたり、スタッフの方々の接客もとても印象が良いです✩.*˚ 温泉も今まで実感した事がないくらい芯から温まる温泉です(*^^*) 両親にも、絶対また来たい!!と言ってもらえて本当に良い旅行になりました＼(^o^)／！ 真冬は運転が大変ですが、ニセコで1番オススメの温泉宿です♡

COVID-19の緊急事態宣言中にキャンセル覚悟で予約したせいか、コスパは良好だった。制限解除後の宿泊だったが、しっかりと感染対策は取られていた。従業員は若い人が多かったが、しっかりと教育されていた。料理もおいしく量も多すぎるくらい。ただしお刺身は舟盛で豪華だったが質は平均以下で残念。山の中の宿なので山の食材を出せば良いと思う。温泉は最高だが、肌荒れする人もいるかも。
