I was disappointed with the service at the front desk. Yesterday I asked them to print my boarding pass and emailed the file as requested, but after sending it, I waited 10 minutes with no update. This unnecessary delay caused me to miss my scheduled train. For a hotel of this level, basic services like printing should be handled more promptly and efficiently. Room has no sound proof.

Nice hotel in a wonderful location. I asked for a quiet, non-smoking single room; I got a pleasant little room on the fourth floor with a sea view. The air conditioning was quiet. We had a pleasant night. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel because we had an 8:00 a.m. meeting at the diving center. I'm satisfied.

The hotel is in a very convenient location: 10 minutes walk from the train station, on the embankment. It was not indicated anywhere, so I will write that there is a mini-fridge in the room (water in it is paid, but you can not take it, and use the refrigerator). The bathroom, as we say, is separate. Nearby is an intersection with a roundabout, it is noisy with the windows open, but quiet at night.

Нам очень повезло, нам дали номер лучше того, что мы забронировали, вместо двухместного с видом на море - трехместный, там огромный балкон с шикарным видом, настолько романтично, что мой возлюбленный сделал мне там предложение ❤️ В номере уютно, сантехника хорошая, кровать удобная, маленький бар-холодильник, тихо, замечательный завтрак, сотрудники вежливые и готовые помочь. Большая благодарность за то, что помогли сделать особенным наш уикенд!

海景房無敵全海景，海水就在陽台下。 酒店位置很好，走路五分鐘到船碼頭，坐船可以到波託菲諾。 酒店周邊有很多餐廳及咖啡店和麪包店。 早餐可以不需要選擇酒店的。 酒店沒有自己的停車場，但是淡季的時候在門口可以暫停兩三小時，前台熱心告知哪裡有免費停車。
