It can be a good option for families if Hotel management can do something for kids sleep, either increase the size of bed or arrange something for kids. I faced difficulty to sleep with my 11 months old infant.

Everything is okay except bed size. There is no arrangement if you visit with your child.

Customer service is at best. Very polite and professional front office, housekeeping and security staff. Always smiling and accommodating special requests. Great view from the room and good facilities and amenities. Well done CityMax Ras Al Khaimah !

They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 11am. We got to hotel super early and I didnโ€™t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well especially in their Hotel Restaurant. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown RAK.
