I can describe this Club Hotel , if your looking for a comfortable sleep not this hotel, no customer service , towel in room not prepare take years come for follow up, no cups , no sleeper , pillow seems used , over all not recomended at all

Was a very good place

Cleanliness as cockroaches are too  Much seriously  And restaurant should be functional  Even after asking tea or coffee which is complimentary was not provided till checkout

Bad experience

The sanitation is extremely poor. I stayed there for a few minutes and then left. There is a bar on the first floor and it smells very bad. The quilt in the room is pilling and there are some black shadows that seem to be uncleaned. The wall is also moldy and the toilet light is broken.

The room is average, the WiFi signal is too poor, and it keeps disconnecting. There is no other WiFi to connect to, the sanitation service is never provided after staying for a few days, and the sound insulation is also poor. It is very noisy

There are highlights, three nightclubs at night, very exciting. If you come to rest, it is recommended not to come.

The hotel looks like a high-end hotel, but the rooms are old and shabby. There is no shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, hair dryer, etc. The environment is too bad. But the worst thing is that the small bar on the first floor dances until 5 am. The walls of the room on the third floor are shaking all the time, and it is impossible to sleep. I really don't want to stay here again even if it's free. This is the worst hotel I have stayed in for more than 30 years. The price is more than 1,000 yuan, and the domestic hotels with 10% discount are not as good as it.

I had a very unpleasant experience at Camphor Hotel and would not recommend this property. The room cleanliness was unacceptable. The bedsheets and both duvet covers had visible blood stains. When we informed the staff, they claimed the stains were permanent and could not be removed. Even the replacement linen had noticeable stains, which shows a serious lack of hygiene standards. The wardrobe was damaged and had a strong fungus smell. The bathroom was also dirty and not properly maintained. Overall, the hotel appears poorly managed and in urgent need of renovation. Another major issue was the noise. There was extremely loud music playing until 5:00 AM. Even though our room was on the 2nd floor, the noise was very disturbing. While we did not report it ourselves, we noticed several other guests complaining about the loud music from the club. It is clear that the rooms are not soundproof. This stay was very disappointing due to poor cleanliness, lack of maintenance, and disturbance. Management needs to seriously improve their standards.

I stayed in Room 301 from 31 January 2026 to 1 February 2026, and unfortunately, this was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Upon entering the room, I found only a bed—there were no basic amenities provided. There was no drinking water, no glasses, no television, no bathroom slippers, no bathroom mat, and to make matters worse, there was water leakage from the ceiling. I immediately informed the receptionist and requested two bottles of water and two spoons. I was advised to contact room service. When I called the provided number, the call was answered, but I was told it was a wrong number—even though I dialed the correct one. Later, I went back to the reception, but no staff were present. Thankfully, a security staff member approached me and tried to assist. After some time, only one glass and one cup were delivered, with the explanation that no more glasses were available. Shockingly, the requested water was never delivered until my checkout. The entire experience made me feel as though I was being punished for choosing this hotel. The lack of basic facilities, poor service response, and absence of staff support were extremely disappointing.

I use to travel to Dubai often but the pandemic put a break on it! But last weekend i was back in the city Rasal Khamaih Dubai and stay at my favorite hotel - Camphor Hotel, I was amazed by their hospitality - they ensured a smooth and pleasant experience once again! They have out standing staff who looked after us well. I must mention the Front Office staff - Mr Suraj, i were outstanding every day! It is nothing new for this hotel but to see the same level of professionalism and affection was unparallel vs some of the places i stayed recently. For me the stay is all about the warmth and affection you get and Camphor Hotel Rasal Khamaih, has the best team, Specially i will count to Mr Suraj Jha,. The only thing, The Club and massage center was awesome, i understand the enthusiasm! :) Camphor Hotel Rasal Khamaih- i am looking Forward to be with you all soon. thank you again!

I came directly to camphor by seeing so many good reviews on *********** and i really say that this hotel is awesome where i can rate this 10 on 10 and specifically recommend this hotel and will give special preference and Mr suraj and Prashant is awesome in front office Thanks for giving me this wonderful room in 201 Thanks will visit again

I stayed in room number two 106 and my stay was fabulous amazing stay and specially thanks to Mr Suraj for his excellent Hospitality and efforts I will recommend this hotel for Couples Solo and For Business Visit as well if any one planning to come must Choose Camphor Hotel For Luxury Services Thanks and will Visit Again
