I was not very happy with my stay… the hotel said they didn’t have my reservation from trip.com and insisted on it not being their fault. Trip contacted them and was super helpful. And through trip the hotel said the problem was that they had a wrong name. The booking was made online though and the name on my booking confirmation was correct. It nearly took an hour for us to finally get a room and we were lucky they still had a free one. But they booked us into a triple room, even though we booked a family room.. The rooms are not well furnished (old furniture), there were only 2 electricity sockets and 1 of them was broken. The shower had black mold in the corner. The hotel might be nice for the pool and spa, but if you only stay 1 night you probably won’t have time to use it. So I would not recommend to book a stay with this hotel.. The only nice things were the location and the lobby

First time staying here for business purpose. Overall the experience is good where the room is quite spacious and clean. There is a grocery store (Netto) on next door and further walking distance of 15mins, there is another larger grocery store called Rewe for your basic necessities. Location wise it is nearer to FRA airport (around 15mins by car) but no issue to go to town as there is train station nearby with 10mins walking distance. Less dine-in restaurant options I must say.

The room is quite big. Outside the window is a beautiful small independent house. I don't think the air conditioner is too hot. Everything else is fine. Maybe the room is too big. Breakfast is a relatively ordinary European breakfast.

I have always been very satisfied. The room is clean and convenient for travel. There is a subway and it is very quiet at night.

The room is quiet. Although it is old, it is generally good. I can't comment without ordering breakfast. It is about ten minutes drive from the airport. But you can't hear the sound of airplanes

It's a pretty good hotel, clean and tidy, the waiters are very nice, it has everything you need, not far from the airport, there are gas stations and supermarkets nearby, and the steak house next to it is good.

I stayed in this hotel purely for the convenience of entering the airport the next day. Who knew that the hotel was still far away from the airport? There were not many buses from the airport to the hotel, and the time was about the same as if I were staying in the city center, so I didn’t know in this case. Living in the city center, there are more choices.

Pros: It's only a few minutes' walk from Raunheim Station, and the scenery along the way is beautiful Cons: The cleaning is better than nothing, and those with obsessive-compulsive disorder are advised to bring their own disposable utensils. The cleaning staff of this hotel are all guys from the Middle East. I stayed there for four days and saw them folding clean linens on the sofa in the aisle...

I stay in this hotel every time, the rooms are big. But this time the environment was particularly bad, there were so many people, and the hygiene was poor.

The room is very good. It should be a triple room converted from a standard room. It is not bad and spacious. The service attitude of the hotel is very good and the problem is solved in a timely manner. The location is slightly remote, and the price goes up a lot during the exhibition.
