Villa Bossa Amalfi

What a unique experience. The owner is as much an artist as he is an excellent host. Top hotel level service with the warmth of a home. We had a great stay.

We loved our stay at Villa Bosa. Barbara greeted us with the warmest welcome and a welcome glass of cold Prosecco and showed us to our stunning room. The room was spacious with plenty of wardrobe space a huge balcony and excellent bathroom. The view is stunning. Dino was ever present and his style and artistic flare is the heart of the accommodation. It’s modern, stylish and very relaxed. He was great at giving advice and encouraged us to hire a Vespa to get around the coast. I was extremely reluctant due to crazy traffic but we took the plunge and it turned out to be a day I will never forget. To follow the coastline with wind in your face was magical and not as scary as I thought. Breakfast also deserves a mention as it was really lovely, healthy and cooked fresh to order. The breakfast/housekeeping ladies were also delightful. Villa bosa is a walk from Amalfi and a bit hairy as the roads are narrow and busy but we walked to Atrani for a meal and the beach a couple of times too which was all very manageable. We also found a local hotel that cooked fresh food where we could eat and it was only 5 mins away. We had a wonderful stay. It was our first time in Italy as we normally travel further afield in the winter months but it won’t be our last and we will always have a special memories of our 4 nights in Villa Bosa. We will be back to see the next stage the bar in the cave !!!

Our stay at Villa Bossa was nothing short of magical! 🌟 The property itself is absolutely stunning—beautifully designed, filled with unique art pieces (Dino truly creates magic), and perched with breathtaking views. Our room was the best!!! Spacious, spotless, with its own private hot tub and a view we’ll never forget. What really made the experience so special, though, was the staff. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for throughout our stay. Dino, in particular, is one of the most attentive, down-to-earth people we’ve ever met. He made us feel right at home, offered amazing recommendations for things to do and see, and even provided complimentary transfers to Ravello and personally driving us to the ferry port on our last day! Breakfast each morning was a highlight we looked forward to—fresh, delicious, and always served with warmth. We cannot thank Dino and the team enough for making our honeymoon so memorable. Villa Bossa was truly one of the highlights of our trip 3-week trip.

Something was off.. the views were incredible and rooms neat and tidy however, something was off with the property/owner. We didn’t feel welcome and trying to get around Ravello from this Villa was a nightmare. Extremely busy traffic for walking on the side of the road and definitely a journey if you want to go to Ravello square or Amalfi.

Delightful hotel in an exceptional position. Set just outside Amalfi town centre. The owner offered us a free ride into town since taxis in the region (and Italy in general) are known for their obscenely high fares (the first mile here is officially €40!). the owner of the hotel is extremely amiable, speaks good English and nothing is too much trouble. Junior suite overlooking the sea is STUNNING. You will not be disappointed. Also the level of double glazing assures a quiet night and good temperature regulation

The place is very welcoming, with a modern design and well located on the main road below the cliff (Ravello village is just above). It is a 7 min walk to a nice public beach (road and stairs). Possiblity to walk to Atrani and even Amalfi (we did it twice). Super confortable rooms, very friendly and helpful staff and tasty breakfast. Very clean and tidy. Nice music. Parking on location.
