Palazzo Bezzi Hotel

The hotel is centrally located, with both the train station and historic centre within easy walking distance. Large, comfortable, quiet, spotless room and bathroom; plenty of storage space. Excellent breakfast in a spacious room, with attentive staff. On two nights during my stay complimentary aperitifs with a large variety of snacks were provided in the evening. Extremely helpful reception staff. I needed to visit the local hospital, where I received very good care, and the hotel staff could not have been more solicitous for my welfare. Ravenna was delightful. Lovely mosaics, plenty of good, reasonably-priced restaurants, with a large pedestrian centre. Well-worth visiting, as is the church of Sant'Apollinare in Classe, an easy bus-ride away. I would not hesitate to stay at Palazzo Bezzi again. Highly recommended.

Hubby and I both would highly recommend this hotel. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, from the front desk staff to the breakfast staff. They helped us carry our bags from sidewalk to front desk and to our room. Room was very clean and comfortable. Location is great for walking just about anywhere. Would sty here again if we’re ever back in Ravenn.

After the spacious and elegant marble-clad reception, our room was more functional, but well equipped - a heated towel rail, USB charging ports by the bed, and a kettle (but no coffee machine) - and very clean. Soundproofing from outside was excellent (the location is just beyond the bustling centre) but not so good from neighbouring rooms. A good base for exploring a fascinating city, just 10 minutes walk to the station.

Palazzo Bezzi in Ravenna is reasonably central (10 minute walk) in a quiet location. It is a well-maintained, well-managed hotel, airy and spotless. The room we occupied was spacious and very clean, and was serviced every day. The only meal it offers is breakfast, but this offers a very wide variety at which no-one could complain.
