The stay was pleasant overall, staff are very polite and helpful, the room was clean and tidy. Other than that, we wish there is a hot water boiler in the room or even can be borrowed.

Excellent location, so near the train station and also all the major sights. The staff were warm and welcoming. We arrived early from our cruise and they gladly kept our bags until our room was ready. They even upgraded our room and we stayed 2 extra days and enjoyed the breathtaking history of Ravenna

The hotel is close to the train station and a short walk from the city center, making all the city's attractions easy to reach. The staff is friendly and efficient, and the breakfast is good and plentiful, but a bit pricey. The room, used as a single, was very spacious and quiet; despite overlooking the front parking lot, it was very quiet. However, the cleaning staff can be quite noisy from early in the morning, which is annoying if you stay out late and want to get some extra sleep in the morning.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location is convenient, just a short walk from Ravenna Station. The area around Ravenna Station might seem a little scary, with some suspicious-looking people sitting around and many homeless people, but when I checked with the front desk, it seemed the area wasn't that unsafe. The next morning, I walked from the hotel to Ravenna Station in the dark to catch an early morning train, but I had no problems.

The hotel is in a very good location, just a five-minute walk from the train station. There are supermarkets nearby, and Ravenna's main attractions and churches are also within walking distance. The interior of the room is quite satisfactory and has complete facilities. Because the room is under the roof of the top floor and the ceiling is sloped, the overall space is okay. There is mold inside the hair dryer. I hope it can be replaced or cleaned. Luggage can be stored in the lobby, and the staff is friendly.

Probably the best hotel in the center of Ravenna. It's very close to the train station, but not too messy. It's not far from famous attractions and there's a big supermarket nearby. The hotel room and breakfast were very good.

The room is very good and the location is very good. It is only 7-8 minutes away from the train station. There is a large parking lot at the door, which is convenient.
