Saco Reading Castle Crescent

This two bedroom house has a small back garden. Very nice. House very clean and comfy. We had very pleasant stay during Christmas time. Will book again for next occasion.

My 2nd time staying here,,great hospitality n host is very efficient tro out the stay, quiet n Peaceful sleep..

We stayed at the Reading SACO one-bedroom apartment for two nights. The apartment itself was very spacious, with a separate bedroom and an open-plan living room and kitchen, which made it comfortable for our stay. There were, however, a couple of downsides. Noise from the upstairs guests walking across their room late at night was quite disruptive. On the first morning, the shower was not working properly – the water temperature fluctuated between too hot and too cold, and my wife struggled with it for over 35 minutes. She reported it to the property manager, who said the shower head could be changed once his colleague arrived at 10:00 am. After this issue was resolved, the rest of our stay was good. We appreciated having a parking space, and the location was excellent – close to the city centre, the Reading Festival site, and Beale Wild Park, making it easy to travel around. Overall, a spacious and convenient apartment, but with room for improvement in maintenance and noise insulation.

The hotel location is ok but need to walk 15 mins. This is really self service apartment. It does not any room service !

Thank you for the warm welcome from Ricky! Unfortunately, I’ve been assigned to a basement flat, which is quite different from what I expected based on the photos in the ads.

Excellent experience! Ricky is very helpful

Very good location, spacious and staffs are helpful and polite, we would like to recommend to my friends

The room is nice and the service is excellent, thanks, it makes our trip great.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Shampoo caused skin allergy. Hotel does not give customers clear instruction on how to check-in. Rats can be seen outside the window. Some of the staff are not too friendly and proactive. Noise from outside can wake people up quite often as it has bad soundproofing.
