Oyster Point Hotel

Nice hotel, great staff. Off season, parking challenged on weekends.

The staff here are absolutely the nicest and most generous we have experienced when staying at high end hotels. Free bottled water 24-7 may not seem like a perk to some but it’s the little things that add up. Beautiful location on the Navesink even with lots of construction in the area, there is valet parking and once inside you hear nothing! Highly recommended this wonderful hotel!

Booked a one night stay, room was clean & also the hotel. Check in staff were friendly. Later in the night we called because we couldn’t turn the TV on. No one ever came to fix it. So at the end of a long night wanting to relax & watch TV, we couldn’t.

The room was lovely - great view. Nicely decorated. But the bathroom left a lot to be desired: No grab bars in the tub - very dangerous. Unattractive discolored rubber mat for shower. I did not want to touch. No water pressure in shower and no hand wand. No hooks for robes, personal items, clothes, etc. Just the one towel bar.

The bed was so comfy, the room was spacious and clean. I would recommend you ask for a river view room, it's quite beautiful. My sister-in-law set-up a brunch for us and the food was delicious.

Overall, we had a lovely stay. The hotel was clean and had breathtaking river views, which were complimented by beautiful contemporary art. The building itself could use some updates and upgrades like smart TVs. However, any complaint we might have had with the property was readily overshadowed by the amazing staff. Every single person from Josh at the front desk to Bridget at the restaurant/bar to the housekeeping staff were top notch and made the stay exceptionally pleasant and memorable. Please give these people raises as they were outstanding!

We loved the quiet location, views and the quality of the rooms and linens. The cocktail bar was nice if you stick to the menu

Was only there for one night, good location. The hotel wasn't busy that time of year, wish they would have given us room with the river view 😕
