You can reach the hotel just off the highway. The surrounding environment feels like a village. However, the hotel facilities are relatively old. There was a smell in our room that lingered for a long time. Negotiations with the front desk were ineffective and we could not change rooms. We could only provide an air freshener. . I didn't dare to close the windows all night, it was so smelly. We brought a four-month-old puppy 🐶. When we booked a room on the website, we didn't see any instructions that there was an additional charge. As a result, the puppy was charged US$25 when we checked in. The American breakfast provided by the hotel is okay, and the waitress is very nice! But overall, the price of the hotel and such facilities feel too expensive.

Pros: Very friendly staff. Very clean.
Cons: After booking, then a few minutes later the hotel states they've closed the hot tub. I wanted that hot tub. It's part of the reason i chose that hotel. Freeway noise was loud. No facial tissues. Shampoo and conditioner dispensing was a pain, as each push gave a teeny, tiny amount.

Easy check in, 24hr coffee bar. Very clean & nice. Cleaning products they use have very mild scent so not boled over by scent when you open room door.

This was the fourth time visiting Sun Dial Bridge. But this was first time staying at Best Western Plus Twin View Inn & Suites. I was skeptical and so worried right after booking the big suit for 6 people. The location is right off the Freeway and 2.5 miles from Sun Dial Bridge which is easy and convenient but It's not a great neighborhood (just my opinion)
What a Surprise for us when we enter the room. it is very clean, comfortable and well supplied.The descented hot breakfast are also well prepared. Friendly and polite Staff. I highly recommend this place.

The breakfast was very good at this property, with a large variety. Even a European-type coffee machine that makes excellent specialty drinks.
