Redditch North (A441)

Best Premier Inn we’ve stayed at, and we’ve stayed at plenty..!! Staff were all fantastic, so pleasant and nothing was too much trouble. Our room was very quiet and we both had a great night’s sleep on the two nights we were there. Special mention to Emma on reception who was lovely 😀

We visit for a Star Wars event and I book a lot of rooms. Julie and all the staff are always extremely welcoming, the rooms are clean and well maintained, great parking, lovely beefeater next door. What more could you need?

Never, ever again. The air con made me cough endlessly and caused breathlessness. I was right as rain once out of the hotel . The windows are sealed so no fresh air. It was horrible and at night the room was far, far too hot. On the plus side the staff are very friendly and pleasant

Very comfortable, clean and friendly hotel. Loved our stay and would definitely stay here again. We were over looking the dual carriage way in a Premier plus room & there was no noise from the road at all, which surprised us. The bed was lovely and comfortable and spacious. The shower was fab & added bonus of a bath. The beefeater next door was nice but very busy, due to school hols, so the wait to be seated was a little long, but food reasonably priced and nice. Would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone's future stay.

Stayed in the Premier Plus room, very nice, very clean and spacious. You only get one flat pillow each. For the price we would have liked breakfast included but it was worth the stay and would go again.

We have used this Premier Inn for the last few years when visiting Cheltenham Races. This year it was my dad's 60th Wedding Anniversay. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. Service is excellent. This year our waitress at the Beefeater Jen surprised my dad with a cake. His face was priceless. Thank you so much to all the staff for a wonderful stay.

We paid for a premium room. The room was dirty, the air con didn't work. Apparently this has been a problem for months and it wasn't solved. They didn't inform us about this problem. Windows wouldn't open at all and we had a radiator to warm up the room. The WiFi didn't work and we didn't have phone signal in the room so we couldn't use our phones at all. The receptionists didn't offer any help when we told them what was happening. I wouldn't come back there, we even thought of leaving the hotel a day earlier as we were really uncomfortable.

My husband and I stayed here for two nights as we attended the funeral services for his mother. We love PI's and stay in them in London all the time. This one was fine but a bit rough around the edges. The staff were very friendly and offered us an early check for 10 pounds which we happily paid. The room was ok, but the hotel had a bad odor of sewage the first day. This was mostly in the hallways and the elevators, but the bathroom also smelled bad. The second day was better. The room was not as clean as we are used to for a PI (some brown liquid splashed all over the wall, which we can only assume was coffee/tea??) but I think was due to the rush of making it up for an early arrival. The AC did not work at night, it switched off on its own both nights we were there. Still, we do like PI's and will continue to stay in them. Just want to reiterate the staff here was very good. Beefeater next door served a good breakfast!

I have stayed here on a number of previous occasions. This time the air conditioning was not working and the room temperature was 24C (although it did cool in the night.) The AC had failed on a previous visit too. Also, the Premier Plus room is now in need of a refresh - stained carpet, slight leak on the handheld shower head, TV volume barely loud enough to hear. On the plus side still a comfortable bed which gave a good night's sleep. Also the attached Beefeater restaurant was back on form with good food and friendly efficient staff both in the evening and for breakfast. I will still consider booking again.
