Very unique hotel! Flooring could stand to be updated, you can hear every footstep of the people in the room above you. Friendly staff and overall great accommodations.

For the price you pay for this hotel. You would think there would be a coffee maker or microwave in the room. No, none. Breakfast is not free. Prices for food is high.

What a cozy, warm experience it was to stay in this charming hotel! The customer service was unbelievably friendly (though not always speedy). The accommodations were so much more inviting than your average hotel: comfortable bed and linens, sofa in room, great water pressure in shower, extremely inviting lobby and Provisions Market with 2 fireplaces (meant for lounging), great accompanying restaurant (Terra Kitchen) and an overarching focus on gratitude, health and the environment.
Items that could be improved: 1) sound proofing between floors and rooms was not great (kept me up one night), and 2) No in-room coffee/hot water

We live locally and like to have a "stay-cation" from time to time. The room was a little cold, but we received extra blankets and warmed up. The views are amazing, and Terra has good prime rib. Lovely place for a coffee and the lobby is amazing.

Hotel is a bit outdated, but rooms have been remodeled. Bed was not comfortable at all. very hard! Lobby is rustic and cute. Restaurants on both sides of hotel very good. Beds need to be provided with some kind of mattress topper and better pillows.

1st time visiting Redmond and SCP Hotel was soooo quaint. Loved the decor, the vibe, the service. Rooms were super clean, quiet and well maintained. Walking distance to local shops, bars and great restaurants.
