Stayed here for one night.
Parking is expensive but location is good (near the airport).
Room is very clean and there’s a restaurant next to the lobby.

Between the "resort fee," additional taxes, and parking, be prepared to pay and additional $55 / night than what's listed.
Not much going at the hotel other than an overpriced but well-decorated restaurant / bar on the first floor and a medium-sized gym. Not much within walking distance. It's on the bay, but the views or walking areas around the bay are not good.
Overall, we felt this was not a good value, and could have paid a lot less while being at least as comfortable at a three-star hotel.

Very quiet place! Although public transportation is not convenient around, the scenery is very suitable. If you are willing to drive or take a taxi every day, this is a good place!

The room was good, but the professionalism of the front desk service needs to be improved. The procedures for collecting/returning the deposit and the fees to be paid upon arrival were not very clear.

The room is nice. The price is cheap. The price is good. If you have a car, it is not far from me.

The view room has a wide view, a good environment, good hygiene and service, but relatively speaking, the facilities are a bit old.

The location of this hotel is good, the room is very clean!
There is a lake next to the hotel, it is very suitable for running in the morning.
It is highly recommended for business travelers to choose to stay.
There is a coffee shop in the lobby of the hotel, and the American style is delicious.

It's really out of line. First of all, let me say that there are a lot of additional fees here. Even if you prepaid on Ctrip, you still need to pay various miscellaneous fees set by them when you arrive at the store, which is about 45-50 US dollars per day. On the day of check-in, I found out that a pre-authorization of more than 1,200 US dollars + 500 was inexplicably charged. I didn't take it seriously and thought it was a problem with the settlement between Ctrip and the hotel. I contacted Ctrip and asked them to solve it. It has been solved for two days, and the communication has been poor. Ctrip really experienced 0 points, and various customer service staff were pushed one by one, but no one solved the problem. It is said that the hotel did not give feedback to the agent. I went to the front desk by myself, and the front desk swore to me that there was no such money and could not be found, but the bank told me that the money was not pre-authorized and the transaction was successful. I couldn't bear it any longer, so I called out their manager, and then I told her about the situation. I told her not to look for the consumption under my name or my room, but to look for the exact number, and then see what happened. She and I pulled out all the hotel transaction records in the past few days. We sat at the front desk and checked them one by one. It turned out that the employee who checked me in just swiped my card when he checked me in. Pre-authorization, and then charged me for the room fee of the previous customer who checked out, and used my card to pay for the room fee of someone else... I was really stunned, never heard of a hotel doing this. And there are a lot of messy fees. You have to pay a lot more every day, which is not the cost of booking a room at all. In short, I will not book again. Everyone really avoids the pit.
