There was no attendant there to receive customers for checking in. Had to wait about 10 minutes until showed up. While checking out same thing no attendant to check out v

I did not see a gym. But hot tub was ok. Pool was ok. Nothing amazing but good enough. Pool was a bit cold. The room had a curry type smell to it. But all in all it was ok. Nothing to be to upset about. Breakfast in the morning was waffle or toast/bagel. Unfortunately no cereal.

The hallways smell like cigarette smoke. There was a truck running under our window and you could smell it.

They are friendly staff, stay out your way. You feel like your staying at your friends house. Good value , flexible in extending stays all good here

Parking 2-levels outside- steps were icy & snow-covered (snow had ended prior to my arrival) front desk employee was sitting in lounge area playing on phone. I feel they could have been clearing steps and/or applying salt. Instead the night employee did this well after 11pm which kept us awake as it was outside our window. Snow removal plow also dropped his blade well after what would be considered ‘quiet time’.

All of the appliances were not plugged in. Had to move a heavy dresser to access outlets. And no smoke detector, just wires hanging.

Experience was great. Scrambled eggs and sausage need to be added for breakfast

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was courteous and prompt. Lost item was immediately found and returned

It's really nice to have a pool and a hot tub inside! The room was big! But there isn't ever anyone at the front desk and the tv doesn't work out there. Overall a great location and we'll be back!
