Very good hotel! I was always worried about the poor hotel facilities on the plateau, and I told my family to wash up in Chuanzhusi Town. When they came to the grassland, they might not have water to take a bath. It turned out to be the most comfortable hotel in the whole Jiuzhaigou. Large area, clean, complete facilities, some oxygen in the room (for self-service, you have to buy a disposable tube at the front desk for 6 yuan)

評分裏面所有的分都是給酒店位置、環境，以及所有老闆的熱情。首先，酒店在城外的草原裏，風景和環境確實沒得説，挺好，木屋的面積也還算可以，床品不錯，房間裏面的衞生也不錯，有配浴袍，然後老闆也真的很熱情，好多要求都是有求必應，感覺是真的想要把酒店做好，但是確實很抱歉，真實的感受讓我沒法打全五星。畢竟我來住店，而且449一間房，我不能衹拿來買服務和環境啊，還需要其它軟件和硬件支撐。然後説不好的，希望老闆能改進，越來越好。1.我們住的房間，床尾擋板上三顆釘子露在外面，而且是尖頭那端，我站起來把腿掛傷了，還好不深，自己消毒，然後提醒小朋友小心那裡，結果那裡不止一顆是三顆，小朋友也被掛傷了。這個隱患，不應該啊。2.房間有面向草原的露台，但是我們這間露台感覺有點年久失修的樣子，踩上去會晃，而且露台的桌子椅子，就算沒人住，是不是也應該經常打掃，結果臟到不行，全是很厚的灰或油污，我自己擦了很久。3.衞生間的紙超級薄，薄到沒法用，節約成本也不是這樣的？而且馬桶明顯沒有清潔，我自己拿酒精濕巾清理的時候，好多黑渣渣和灰塵；4.衞生間乾濕沒分區，洗完澡地面全是水，也沒有地巾，相當容易把客人滑倒。5.餐飲是敗筆，4大2小600塊，就算去掉酒都還要512，就一個湯鍋，一個燒牛肉，一個手抓牛肉，6串烤牛肉，我想如果去若爾蓋市區去吃，絕對便宜很多。肉的品質確實挺好，湯鍋配菜也確實比較豐富，但是肉咬不動啊，而且那麼冷的晚上，湯鍋不配火爐，一上桌就冷了。再説牛肉串，10塊錢一串，我要的是牛肉串，不是邊角廢料串的串，一串4塊小小的肉，你們是怎麼做到一塊能吃的肉都不串上去，全串的咬不動的筋喃，至少邊角廢料還能吃下去，這可是10塊錢一串的，急於在旺季賺錢，也不是這個賺法哈。但是，如果是沒來過若爾蓋草原的，我建議可以考慮這裏，畢竟環境挺好，老闆也是真的很熱情，但是不建議在這裏吃飯。我自己下次不會再住了，449的價格，可以住個更好的酒店了。做生意不容易，希望酒店越來越好吧。
