Stopped at the Hotel Bellevue on our way done to our house in the Creuse. Picked this hotel, as it was close to my Great Grandfathers military cemetery and we wanted to visit his grave. Also the hotel is very dog friendly. We had an excellent stopover, lovely hotel, friendly and helpful staff and great room. We stayed in Room 8, on the second floor. Excellent size, there was a large seating area. Separate bathroom and toilet. Shower was excellent. Breakfast was very good. A great priced hotel, good value for money. Will stay again.

I have just come back from my third stay in this hotel. I like the village and I like the hotel. Some of the rooms are a bit 'tight' and the wifi is patchy but the overall experience is good and well worth the prices charged. There is however one problem which re-occurred at the end of this stay and it is to do with the LOGIS ETIK loyalty programme. There is one member of staff, a young man, who doesn't understand the programme despite it being advertised in every room. That in itself is unhelpful but his response when questioned why he isn't processing the programme is to lie. A similar occurrence happened last year although on that occasion the manageress was on site to rectify it. I like this hotel and village very much but I won't stay there again. A loyalty programme which doesn't reward loyalty is useless.

Stayed one night in this lovely hotel in such a fascinating location behind the castle walls Welcome was lovely as were all the staff friendly and genuinely warm Room was very comfortable bed with all facilities working well. Dinner was very good in the beautiful dining room and well priced too Breakfast was one of the very best that I have had in a French hotel well presented and all good especially the cafe au lait with proper hot milk and not out of one of those machines thank goodness. Oh that i could find a reason to go to this part of France again to stay at this hotel

Repas, nuit à l'hôtel et petit déjeuner continental du matin. Déplacement dans le cadre des championnat de France de Judo nous avons été très bien reçus, le personnel est charmant et tout avait été préparé pour notre venue. Les chambres très bien décorées, d'une propreté remarquable et bien insonorisées. Le repas était excellent de l'entrée au dessert, service irréprochable. Nous recommandons cet établissement car réalisant de nombreux déplacements nous n'avons rarement connu aussi bonne prestation. Merci à toute l'équipe et au plaisir. Judo Club Castelbriantais (44)

Super hôtel, personnels agréables et serviable ++++, de même pour la propriétaire, tout était parfait de mon arrivée jusqu'à mon départ, les plats proposés au restaurants sont délicieux tout comme le petit déjeuner, propreté irréprochable, je pense que vous l aurais compris si vous devais choisir un hôtel sur coucy le chateau auffrique, je vous conseille à 100% l' hôtel bellevue + restaurant la pomme d'or. Situation géographique au top.

J’ai beaucoup aimé cette étape. Je n’ai pas profité du cadre historique, mais j’ai apprécié l’accueil, le repas équilibré, frais, délicieux. Chambre confortable, clientèle calme, nuit paisible. L’hôtel propose un cadre ancien, avec des équipe récents.

Je suis allez manger avec deux amis pour un repas d’affaires. J’ai demandé plat Merlan avec épinards, surprise j’ai eu envie de vomir en regardant l’assiette un poisson écrasé a moitié et la tête très désagréable, il avait plus l’apparence d’un lézard ou serpent, j’ai écarté un peu les épinards et il ne restait que des arrêts et la colonne vertébrale, donc je n’ai rien mangé. Mon collègue a demandé un dessert Irish coffee qui était bizarrement trop sale. La serveuse très souriante n’a pas eu plus d’arguments que dire que c’était suggestion de chef . Franchement trop déçu et top cher pour un menu de ce Niveau.

Fonctionnement étrange, il faut donner une heure précise pour le petit déjeuner, quel jus de fruit vous souhaitez boire, si c’est plutôt croissant ou pain beurré … le tout servi en salle, eau chaude pour le thé et café (très moyen) arrivent en 2mn sur la table… aspirateur à 9h dimanche matin (un lendemain de soirée familiale terminée tardivement). Quand au restaurant cela fera l’objet d’un autre commentaire mais les légumes vapeur sans rien c’est un peu médiocre …

Mon épouse et moi sommes revenus dans cet établissement que nous frequentiins déjà quand nous nous fréquentations fin des années 60 et déjà à l'époque nous étions ravis Après 50 ans de mariage nous y sommes revenus. Et vous ne l'avons pas regretté un accueil chaleureux des locaux propres y compris dans le coin où l'on s'isole,du personnel attentif à son travail et comme la patronne s'adressent à la clientèle de façon fort aimable.Avec en plus un chef et sa brigade qui sont à la hauteur, que demander de plus.
