Beautiful hotel on the very center of Reims walking distance from the cathedral. Recently renovated. Big rooms, beautiful and user friendly design. Very clean. Nice spa, bar and restaurant areas. Very friendly and professional staff.

There was a water blockage in the toilet, and no one repaired it for a long time. Has a bad attitude towards Chinese people.

super hotel avec des chambres renovées qui sont magnifiques. la piscine et le sauna sont un vrai plus. Un seul bémol : le samedi, c'est une cour de recré. Il faudrait prévoir des créneaux adultes only. Pour le reste, tout est parfait !
