The resort was service good.
Somemore hv shuttle bus to town and ferry port.
It was awesome.
hv Free drink each when already done check-in.

Place is rather secluded, but it is good for people and families who love water. They have 3 pools and have jet ski near by. Grab food at night can be challenging. But if u are looking for a quiet and relaxing place, this is for you.

The breakfast was full of flies and we had to chase them away continuously. We had dinner once at the Indonesian restaurant but there was a fly fried together with the noodles. The food at the Western restaurant was definitely better. The seafood restaurant next door served nice food but once again, the cleanliness level was quite low.
There is a nice outdoor play area for kids with some activities such as painting, balloon sculpting and cupcake making.
Some of the rooms are very far from the main amenities but you can call for a buggy to pick you up.
If you are expecting Ascott level of service, you’ll definitely be disappointed. Even if the personnel tried their best, they are still inexperienced and far from international standards.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Found one of the bedsheets stained but the housekeeping team came to change it quite soon upon request. Power tripped twice, on first night & then next morning, hence there was no aircon on both occasions. Upon calling customer service, the housekeeping team came over to resolve the issue quite fast. First morning breakfast was overcrowded around 8.30am, not much food was left & didn’t see ant replenishment so we went an hour earlier the next morning then it was ok. Overall customer service was very good, helpful & friendly. We’ll be back next time.

It was a very relaxing overnight trip. Everything went smoothly from the time we checked-in till the time we checked-out. The food exceeded our expectations. It was amazing and the price was very reasonable. The room was very spacious and the toilet was newly renovated. We had a nice time chilling by the infinity pool looking at the sunset while enjoying our cocktails. The next day, we had a massage right before check-out which ended the trip nicely. Definitely worth coming back, but would definitely stay longer next time! Highly recommended for a quick getaway.

5mins walk to Barelang Bridge, the best place to see in Batam. All staff are courteous. Especially Jeky who picked us from Batam ferry terminal to hotel and always provide best service to guests.
Rooms are spacious with nice view of the sea.
Amenities are great for family and even for couple staying. Nearby seafood restaurant is affordable. They got golfcart to use for transpo within the resort vicinity.
Breakfast buffet is great with a lot of selection.
Overall will definetely book again soon with the whole gang.

Generally is good, with the amenities, children friendly place, staff are friendly, we went on a weekday. It would be better if breakfast comes with warmer, food like noodle and fried rice, not that warm. Have nice sea view, but trade-off is far away from shopping mall. Overall still enjoy
