Great place! Close to city centre, clean, very reasonable. Loved the courtyard and resident cat. And the Brita water in the lobby, free beignets one evening! Fully stocked kitchen.

Good enough for a short stay.

Within the category of hotel chains and budget aparthotels, the best we have tried. The facilities are very good, despite being somewhat outdated. However, the room has good space, with details and a very good price. I recommend it.

Excellent value for money. Great location. The only downside is the renovation work that starts at 8am!!

You can cook in the room, the soundproofing is OK but the room is not cleaned every day and the trash can is small

The hotel is currently renovating the entire facade which was necessary...I was afraid that my studio would be a little dated but it wasn't, it was clean and well maintained... The staff is welcoming, there are washing machines, a pure water fountain and a relaxation area... There is a large car park at 10e per night The area is very quiet and 10 minutes walk away there is old Rennes with lots of shops and restaurants It was a rather good experience

The location of the hotel is very convenient, the rooms are spacious, the breakfast is rich, and it is very close to Rennes University. I will stay here again next time!

Di rientro a Rennes dopo un giro in Bretagna, ci siamo fermati in questo hotel solo una notte ma l’esperienza è stata positiva. Comodo, vicino al centro e con un buon prezzo.
