Very nice Cassino is packed and pays well

It is a very clean hotel! It could use better signage for parking but the staff was pleasant and helpful.

Arrived at the Lobby around 3pm on Christmas Eve and waited 40 mins to check in. Only 2 check in counters were open. Bad service, shame!!!

Grandest Resort in all of Reno !!!!!

I ordered food to be delivered to my room once. It was missing half of what was supposed to be there. It was also 35 minutes late from when they said it would be delivered. And it was cold. Another night I was waiting for the front desk to pick up the phone for 50 minutes. At 10pm. Another night the two front desk agents I talked to were very confused. The first one gave me wrong info, and the second one corrected what I was told, but then sent me away to come back later. I really like GSR, and I really enjoy the pool, the rooms are beautiful, the nonsmoking rooms are great, etc. But I do feel they could use a massive customer service training overhaul.

The room is quite big and looks relatively new. The whole hotel covers a large area. It is off-season now, so there are not many people and it is quite comfortable to stay in. There is a Starbucks on the first floor, which can be used for breakfast.

The room is relatively large, the bed is too soft and the pillows are too high.

Reno is also a famous tourist city in the West. Although the hotel level is not as good as the full set of facilities in Vegas, the overall hygiene and environment can still be rated 4 stars. Valet is free, only tips are required. The hotel will charge a $35 scenic area service fee for check-in, which is the same as the Vegas hotel. As a city on the highway tourism line, the room hygiene environment is very good. There are disposable toiletries in the room, but toothbrushes need to be asked from the front desk. The big bed in the room, especially the mattress, is the most comfortable I have ever lived in. Shangri-La, Ritz, Excelle, and Wynn are all lost. This mattress really feels like lying on the cloud! Because it was a road trip and I had to rush, I regretted not experiencing the various restaurants downstairs, but the 24-hour desserts and pizza tasted very good and the price was fair! Reno has many casino hotels. The city is not big, and it is convenient for shopping and eating around it.
