The staff were incredibly welcoming and the hotel facilities and cleanliness were top-notch. It was an amazing experience, and I'll definitely be back. The all-inclusive package was well worth it; both the kids and adults had a fantastic time. PS: I mentioned it was a birthday when booking, and the hotel decorated the room and even gave us a small cake 🎂. So thoughtful!

This is already my nth time here. It's the best family-friendly resort experience around Chengdu. They have lots of activities, a great environment, and excellent service. My phone charger broke, and Mandy found staff to bring me two different cords. The last time, to make sure it worked, she even got someone who looked like an electrician to help. Can't wait to come back for New Year's Eve! I absolutely love the disco part of the entertainment.

Our trip to Club Med Heilongtan exceeded our expectations! It's perfect for a relaxing family getaway. The resort is located by Heilongtan Lake, where the breeze is lovely. The grounds are peaceful and quiet, making a stroll incredibly relaxing. The room was spotless and spacious, never feeling cramped. The bedding was very comfortable, and the floor-to-ceiling window offered direct lake views. It was so pleasant to simply sit by the window and admire the scenery. There's a wide variety of activities available, including an indoor heated water park, rock climbing, archery, and all sorts of ball games. During the day, there are also craft activities and fun classes, with the G.O.s entertaining the children, allowing parents to take a break from constant childcare. In the evenings, there are parties and interactive shows, creating a lively and atmospheric vibe. The staff were all very friendly and responsive whenever we needed anything. You don't need to do a ton of planning or rush to hit every spot here; you can just relax and enjoy the food and activities. It’s suitable for families with kids or groups of friends. I must particularly commend our butler, Lynn, who was thoughtful and reliable, promptly helping us coordinate everything, big or small. Our stay was so much more stress-free thanks to her!

Unfortunately, we didn't manage to book a suite with a slide, so we ended up with a lake view suite instead. It was still spacious enough for the whole family. Mia provided excellent service and was very welcoming during our stay. The gym equipment was also great, meeting all the needs for both adults and kids. We'll definitely come back next time.

Club Med Heilongtan was an amazing experience! The environment is beautiful, there are tons of activities in the resort, and plenty of options for families with kids. A special shout-out to Vivi, whose service was incredibly warm and attentive. She proactively contacted us before and after check-in, patiently explained all the resort's activities, responded quickly to our requests, and handled any issues with thoughtful efficiency. It was Vivi's meticulous service that made our entire vacation so comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommend, and we'll definitely be back!

I was a bit worried after reading some online reviews, fearing a bad experience. However, my actual stay was absolutely fantastic! Sometimes, no expectations lead to the best surprises! The room was clean and tidy, and every staff member was incredibly friendly. My child had a wonderful time too. Since school is starting soon, we only stayed one day, but being so close to Chengdu, this will definitely be my top choice for a weekend getaway in the future. The adults didn't go in the water, but the kids did, and there were many responsible lifeguards, which put my mind at ease. A special thanks to Vivi, a staff member, for her warm and thoughtful service, which made our experience so enjoyable.

Our stay at Club Med Heilongtan Lingjing was fantastic! The lakeside views were expansive, and the environment was tranquil. Our GO hostess, Mia, provided thoughtful and attentive service. The food was abundant and delicious, and there was a wide array of activities, making it incredibly easy to entertain the kids. It's an excellent choice for a relaxing getaway on weekends or during summer vacation!

We brought the kids here for a two-day family hotel stay at the tail end of the summer holiday. Meishan is close to Chengdu, so many families drive here. Check-in usually starts at 3 PM, and ours was smooth and efficient. They gave us a brief overview of the hotel's facilities, and we could book package activities instantly by scanning a QR code at the front desk. After getting our wristbands, we went straight to the indoor water park with the kids. It's well-managed; there's a registration process and equipment rental. There were at least two safety officers by the pool. If you didn't bring a swim ring, armbands were available, allowing parents to relax poolside without worries. Besides the indoor water park, there's also an outdoor pool specifically for children, so you can switch between them. In addition to the pools, the hotel also has an indoor mini-soccer field, basketball court, badminton court, and a series of table games like billiards, shuffleboard, and foosball. Some game facilities require an extra fee. There's also a kids' club for preschoolers, allowing children to seamlessly transition between various activities and burn off endless energy. In the evenings, there are various activities, and the kids absolutely loved the bingo game! The package we bought included a kids' daycare service, from 9 AM to 5 PM. Kids can be left with the hotel, with lunch provided, and hotel staff lead them through various activities, including sports, arts education, and nature exploration. For parents, this daycare service is incredibly valuable. For meals, you can choose à la carte, buffet, or even Zhu Guangyu Hotpot. There's a noodle bar. We ordered fried chicken snacks for a late-night bite, and they were quite good. In the evening, there are performers singing in the restaurant, which creates a nice atmosphere. I highly recommend the croissants for breakfast – super delicious! After breakfast, you can feed sika deer directly from the terrace next to the restaurant, adding another unique experience. On our second day, there was an issue with our room's equipment. Considering the repair would take too long, Hannah from guest relations promptly stepped in and helped us quickly change rooms. She also coordinated with colleagues from the front office and concierge to help us switch key cards and move our luggage. A huge thank you to her! Hannah also sent out daily updates on the hotel's activities, ensuring we didn't miss anything. On the way home after checking out, the kids were already saying they want to come back next summer. Haha, it clearly got a big thumbs-up from them!

🎈As a family-friendly hotel, the activities are quite limited, and the space is cramped, mostly indoors on the first and second basement levels. There isn't much to do outdoors. For the Sichuan-Chongqing region, it's an alright option. 🎈The half-board package is quite cost-effective. Childcare starts at 2 PM, and you can head directly to eat noodles for lunch at 2 PM. The lobby bar and YI Bar offer unlimited drinks, and the wine list has a good selection. The children's activities are suitable for younger kids, mostly simple crafts. The ball sports area isn't very large. It's quite resourceful how they've placed the billiards table in the hallway. The paddleboarding is quite interesting and good for cloudy days. 🎈Thanks for the room upgrade; the sunrise view was beautiful. However, the toilet in the bathroom had a terrible odor. I had to use air freshener to cover it up. Thankfully, they were quick to resolve the issue, and the service attitude was excellent.
