The exterior photo of the hotel is out of date or an outright lie. The location was sketchy. Parking lot littered with drug paraphernalia. The entrance to the lobby had yellow caution tape. Entire hotel had an odor of ***** and musty carpet. Window in the lobby was cracked and appeared to be a bullet. Don’t know why they bother with phones in the room, they don’t work. Luckily we only had to sleep here as we were in town for a concert. We didn’t feel safe walking the halls and at night we heard violent sounds on the next floor up. Would not recommend and would never stay again.

We checked in late, but despite that it was busy! The woman upfront who did not help us, I think her name was Vanessa was helping a man who was trying to get an accommodation discount for his animal. I just wanted to commend her and shout her out as she did an amazing job as there were 6 other people waiting to get checked in. Also, the only other complaint was that there was no smoke alarm in the room we stayed in, just a bunch of wires sticking out from where it looks like it should have been.

We checked in around 9 PM, and there were still other guests waiting to check in. The front desk clerk seemed a bit annoyed and spoke very quickly. She refused my request for two room cards, making it very inconvenient for me to get in and out of the hotel. The room was shabby and poorly cleaned, with trash still on the floor from previous guests. The refrigerator kept making strange noises, and the room shook when the upstairs walked, and the noise was very loud. It felt like a dangerous building. Many facilities were broken and unusable. I will never stay here again!

The room was OK, but the smell was still strong. It was the weekend and there were very few hotels. I couldn't make do with one night. I still have to book a hotel in advance in the future, otherwise it will be very expensive.

The breakfast is prepared carefully, the room facilities are complete, and the lamps are relatively old. The surrounding shopping malls are not far away.

Is it acceptable to stay for a few days on a business trip?

The boss is nice.
