"This hotel is a mixed bag, to say the least. The room was very basic, outdated, and overly spacious. The hairdryer was practically a treasure hunt to find. The windows were filthy; even though you could technically see the pool and ocean, the dirty glass made the view almost pointless. Breakfast was just okay, not much variety, and nobody even bothered to check if we were registered guests. And get this: the best-looking sun loungers by the pool, the ones with the prime view, were actually pay-per-use. I've honestly never encountered that before."

"Beautiful internally the hotel comprises of different ample sitting areas and small cafes scattered around the hotel. The bath had a crack in it and the shower wasn't great. The staff all around the hotel were great and courteous. The resort is great but a bit far from the hotel and to walk in the sim is difficult, i think an overpass would be better and convenient. Ps the Zipline activity is never available when I have tried to book it the last year or so. Lazy river is really lazy so keep that in mind lol. Generally it's an okay resort could do with an update to trip.com advertising with new pictures etc."

"Our family enjoyed a quiet weekend night at the Andalus Al Seef Hotel.  We appreciated getting the pool-view room we requested, and the peaceful atmosphere was a welcome change. The hotel's design is truly magnificent, and we enjoyed exploring the grounds. The staff were pleasant and helpful.  A lovely, relaxing stay."

"The location is excellent with great views. The room was OK, needs updating. the bathroom needs to be renovated. The pool was really nice. The spa area is excellent. Really enjoyed the hot tub and steam room. Breakfast buffet was very good."

"Had a transfer of 21 hours so decided to book this hotel to rest a bit before my next flight. Very close to T3. Surprisingly, this hotel is inside a Zoo park. They gave us free Zoo tickets when checked in, so it was a very nice time. Swimming pool included. Staff very helpfull, front desk very polite. Room was big and clean, the bed extra soft, AC was working perfectly. Overall a very good experience!"

"Facilities: Excellent. It's not a new hotel, but the facilities are superb and don't feel old at all. Cleanliness: Very clean. The room, corridors, beach, and pool are all spotless. There's even an extra cleaning service in the evenings. Environment: Located right by the sea 🏝️, surrounded by other hotels. It's relatively quiet and clean, perfect for a vacation. Service: The staff are incredibly nice, and they even offer small gifts and chocolates to Chinese guests. The variety and quality of the breakfast are outstanding, and the desserts are top-notch."

"I loved everything from the valet guys to the check in at the reception, the concierge, room service and Al Rimai restaurant. Special thanks to Paolo at the concierge and Nokwazi at the restaurant. The other staff too were excellent. The best part of the trip for us as a family was the food. We had all 3 buffet (breakfast, lunch & dinner) and the variety of food plus their richness/taste was exceptional. For those who can, try the cold plunge and steam room, really enjoyed them. In all, our stay at Erth hotel Abu Dhabi was a blast and we will definitely return."

"Our family had a pleasant three-night stay at VOGO Abu Dhabi Golf Resort & Spa from 29 December to 1 January, enjoying the comfortable facilities and beautiful golf course surroundings. Overall, it was a positive experience with a few areas that could be improved. The hotel provides valet parking, which is very convenient, especially when traveling with children and luggage. Most staff we encountered were polite and helpful, although service quality can feel inconsistent at times. One minor disappointment was the check-in experience: the receptionist shook her body in a dismissive way while speaking to us, which did not match the professional standards expected of a five-star hotel. Our room was spacious and generally clean, with the highlight being the lovely golf club view from the window, which made our stay feel relaxing and resort-like. Cleanliness was acceptable, with housekeeping keeping the room in reasonable condition, though not outstanding compared with some other luxury properties. On the first day, the pump of the shower gel dispenser was not working, which was inconvenient after a long day.After we left a note for the hotel on the second morning, the issue was fixed promptly, and the dispenser worked properly for the rest of the stay, showing that the team is responsive once informed. Breakfast was good, with a nice variety of options including Middle Eastern and international fusion dishes that suited both adults and children. A special thanks to Ms. Getrude at the restaurant: she was very caring toward our child, spoke to her warmly, and even remembered our daughter’s name on the second day, which made us feel genuinely welcomed. Overall, this resort offers a relaxing golf-view environment, convenient valet parking, and a good breakfast selection, making it a comfortable choice for families. With some refinement in front-desk attitude and more attention to small in-room maintenance issues, it has the potential to deliver a consistently five-star experience."

"Highly Recommended, Especially for Families with a Special Needs Child We have been visiting this place for several years—staying in both the chalet tent and the villa—and we truly love it. All the staff are consistently kind, respectful, and very accommodating. As a family with a child with special needs, we deeply appreciate being treated equally, without any judgment or discrimination. That level of understanding and genuine care truly means so much to us. From reception check-in to check-out, the service has always been warm and welcoming. Breakfast was also a wonderful experience. Edward was very attentive and kind, making sure we were comfortable throughout. His thoughtfulness and professionalism made our morning even more enjoyable. A special thank you as well to Resse from Reception for always accommodating our requests during every visit and stay. Your kindness and consistency keep us coming back.
