"Avoid this place! The only positives are the spacious rooms and nice decor. 1. The service staff were unprofessional and somewhat cold. Upon check-in, there was no one to help with luggage, nor was a shuttle available. Our room was a bit of a walk, and we had to drag our suitcases ourselves. 2. I called the front desk and was told breakfast was from 6 AM to 10 AM. However, upon arriving just after 6 AM, I found out it actually started at 7 AM, which was a complete waste of time. As we were in a hurry to leave, our request for even a little fruit or bread was refused. (We paid for breakfast, so a little compensation or flexibility would have been appropriate.) 3. The air conditioning was incredibly noisy at night. 4. Room amenities were poor. No complimentary bottled water was provided (we had to buy it from a nearby supermarket), and basic items like toothbrushes and toothpaste were missing. 5. There were a lot of bugs, including large cockroaches. 6. The location is quite remote."

"This place is absolutely beautiful and offers so much fun! You can really tell how much thought and effort went into creating this resort. Our room had lovely views of both the pool and the sea. We initially came with our children for the pool, but discovered there are plenty of other activities to enjoy beyond just swimming. The building's exterior is absolutely stunning! The pool area is fantastic for young kids (kindergarten and elementary school age), and the animal-themed accommodations are just adorable! It's conveniently located near a Hanaro Mart and a hospital. The price was also very reasonable, offering great value for money. We had a truly delightful stay here and were constantly impressed by the thoughtful details throughout the resort."

"I am a South African teacher working in China and visited South Korea during the national holidays, choosing to spend a night on Udo Island. The ferry ride from Jeju to Udo was exciting, but upon arrival my original Trip.com booking was far below standard. Thankfully, with the kind help of a local shop owner, I found accommodation at Hundert Hills—and what a blessing that turned out to be! From the moment their driver fetched me, I was welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality. The room was exceptionally spacious, beautifully comfortable, and offered breathtaking views. The resort itself is stunning, with many attractions to enjoy. A special thank you to Cafe Tolcany, and especially to Chef Leo, who went out of his way to prepare meals I suggested—not once, but twice. The highlight of my stay came when inclement weather cancelled all ferries back to Jeju. To my amazement, Hundert Hills extended my stay for an extra night at no additional cost—putting people before profit. That act of kindness truly set them apart. "Personally, I was really satisfied enough to want to go again next time. I went with my parents and my family, but there were so many things to see from the souvenir shop inside, and above all, it was clean and nice. I think the street can feel a little ambiguous, but it was just so good. Very satisfied!"

"The service was excellent, and the hotel was generally very quiet. There's a 24-hour self-service convenience store on the ground floor. Rooms come equipped with an induction cooktop and a refrigerator. The hotel seems to mainly cater to Korean families vacationing with children. My kids absolutely loved the pool and wanted to go swimming every day. Hyeopjae Beach is about 1-2 kilometers away, which is a good half-hour walk or around 25 RMB by taxi. The balcony, however, felt a bit dated."

"The aqua pool, swimming pool, gym, and sauna that I picked at Hallim for my Jeju stay were all comfortable. I had a great time thanks to Ms. Kim Hyun-jung at the front desk, who listened to my inconveniences and prepared travel information and travel brochures perfectly."

"We booked 5 rooms at once. The rooftop is absolutely the pinnacle of homestays; in the distance, the main peak is a dark green, and when it's shrouded in clouds and mist, it looks like it's wearing a soft, fluffy hat. Evening is the best time for viewing: the sunset paints the sky honey-orange, with layers of light spilling onto the mountain ridges, even the leaves turn a translucent gold. At night, you look up to a sky full of stars. It's so refreshing to breathe the fresh air and clear your mind here! The room facilities are complete, and there's even a mountain spring water bar and a mini-fridge. The bedding in the rooms is comfortable and clean, very cozy. All the staff are enthusiastic, making it a perfect place to relax!"

"This is the perfect place for a family trip! The outdoor pool is always open, and the rooftop pool was fantastic! The ocean is right in front, so it's great for taking a walk, and there are lots of great restaurants nearby! We'd love to come back! The live music every night was also great."
