"Stayed at the hotel for three nights, the hotel is very new, although small but the facilities are very good, facing the beach and the sea (although it is black sand beach). Breakfast is delicious, if you don't have time to eat, you can ask the hotel to prepare a sandwich. I have eaten a few meals at the hotel, but it is more expensive than the outside, but it is recommended. The hotel also has a horse to kill the chicken, but there is no special room. It is made on the beach chair by the pool. The price is more expensive than the outside, but the experience is Not bad. The only bad thing is that the hotel location is cheaper. Come in and take a bad road. We were also found on Google Maps. It would be a bit painful to take the baggage. "The hotel is located on the seafront. The grounds are cozy and beautiful. The restaurant offers a beautiful view of the sea, and the sunrises were very impressive. The rooms in the building opposite reception are very spacious. The food is delicious, the portions are large, and the dishes are beautifully presented. To the left of the hotel is a small, vibrant reef with lots of fish.
The hotel has a dive center on site; we booked a diving trip to Apo with them; they had good equipment and excellent organization. Diving at Apo was very impressive. We rented a car and driver and explored the sights of Valencia: waterfalls, hot springs, and lakes. We went to the center of Negros to see caves and waterfalls. We really enjoyed it. You can call a taxi or tricycle through reception to get to your desired destination. Requests: arrange for a massage therapist to be arranged through reception to the hotel."

"It's a bit difficult to review this hotel. What made us most angry was that they charged us a child fee when we arrived at the hotel, so friends with children should pay attention, which is about 180 per night. Secondly, we found that they were renovating the new building, so it was relatively dirty and there was a bit of paint smell. The renovation was still going on at 8 pm on the first night. There was no phone in his room, so every time you needed service, it was very difficult, and you had to run to the front desk yourself... The room was generally clean on the second day of the hotel, but I thought her room was cleaned very well when we checked in on the first day. At first, we booked a cabin, which was very interesting. "It's definitely a ”small paradise” on the coast of the island. When we arrived at the hotel, our first impression was wow! Exotic and lush green gardens everywhere! So relaxing and peaceful environment after a long ride outside of the hotel. The staff were smiling, friendly, helpful and kind. They helped us in our needs and inquiries. In fact, they gave us a ride when we checked out. The breakfast was ok. A typical Filipino dish. It would be nice to upgrade it and add more variations. The price we paid was adequate for the services we obtained. Our room has a pool and beach access with a stunning view of the sunset. We have enjoyed our stay specially at the pool. With its sea water and infinite pool perfect for picture taking. The room was ok with basic amenities, spotless clean and functional. A bit far from the city but with public transportation it's ok. The only concerns we have are there are no lights on the street when you arrive at night and the road was rocky. They told us it wasn't the hotel's fault because it's not their property, the sink in the toilet was clogged. The water has difficulty to flow. The water on the floor stayed in the middle and doesn't flow in the hole. The shower was clogged too. The rust blocked the small holes of the shower. We found some insects in the toilet but it was ok. The hotel has a potential but they need to upgrade the rooms, toilets and its furnishings. We will definitely come back here again."

The breakfast was included and you ordered it from a menu and it was really good.

"One of the best accommodations i’ve experienced, locally, i mean this is not to compare to a 5-star hotel/resort, but the experience will really make u feel like a royal. The resort is unique, imagine several resto choices and souvenir shops in a small resort community. And dont get me started on the quality of service of the staff, they’re the most courteous resort staff to serve me, they are authentic and caring (sometimes they refuse tips).
P.s. just a tip dont leave ur windows or doors open, bcoz of the mosquitoes, but you have to expect it coz there are a lot of greeneries around."

"The service was warm and thoughtful, the hotel had a very good view, clean and hygienic, the room was relatively large, and the family had no problems with the three. "The location of the hotel is far from the city centre of Dumaguete, but it is close to the apo island where the turtles are seen, about a fifteen-minute tutu ride. There is no commercial area around, there is no place to go shopping, you can only spend time in the hotel ~ the hotel is near the sea, the next step can reach the seaside hotel, the environment is very good, the facilities are beautiful and clean; There is a swimming pool to play with, the hotel staff is very warm, and the dining is delicious.
