"The hotel is located in an alley. There isn't much parking space in front; if it's full, you'll have to park on the street in front of the hotel. The hotel isn't very large, with a pool in the middle surrounded by guest rooms. The staff provide excellent service and are very helpful and accommodating. The room rates are quite affordable and include breakfast, which is either congee or American style. Additional food is available for purchase if you want extra or for a late-night meal. The room itself is a decent size. If you prefer a soft bed, this isn't for you; the bed is quite firm. Some of the built-in furniture in the room is old and showing wear and tear. The bathroom sink was clogged, but the staff fixed it promptly. The water pressure is strong, but I wish they would renovate some parts of the room as they look dated."

"We had a very good stay at The Heritage Pattaya Resort. The property itself is well-maintained and offers a calm, relaxing atmosphere. Although the location is a bit far from the main town, it actually worked in our favor as it was peaceful and quiet—perfect for a relaxing family trip. The breakfast could definitely be improved in terms of variety, but we didn’t have any major issues with what we had—it was decent and satisfying. A special mention to the front desk lady (unfortunately, I can’t remember her name) who was extremely helpful. She went out of her way to sort out our rooms and managed to arrange for our family to stay in the same building, which we really appreciated. Overall, it’s an excellent place to stay, especially for families and groups of friends looking for a comfortable and peaceful environment."

"A great choice for solo travelers or families. It's very quiet and comfortable. The only downside is the lack of shops nearby. There's a fantastic Bluefin restaurant next door, but it's not cheap. The gym is a bit rudimentary, almost like a basement, but with two pools, you won't have to worry about overcrowding! The sea is right outside, and the Sanctuary of Truth is next door. The trade-off is that it can feel quite isolated if you go for a walk outside the hotel at night; the nearest convenience store (Tops!) is a 10-15 minute walk away."

"This hotel, has been visited by me over 20 years now, and is still my favorite hotel. It has bungalows in the garden, which are the best place to be. The swimming pool is big, and a few steps away from the bungalows. It is 200 m from the Naklua road where taxi's can be found. There is hardly any city noise, and there are a few restaurants just outside the hotel. A great place to spend some time."

"The room is unique. Has a japanese style tea table for your tea time. Else its in the middle of nowhere. And but has a nice lobby. Also has a restaurant. But wouldnt say id go back. It has a pool but unsure of its cleanliness."

It's located in the upscale northern part of town and boasts its own private beach and an infinity pool. The 180-degree sea view directly faces the Sanctuary of Truth, making for absolutely stunning sunsets. They are super friendly to Chinese guests, offering support in Chinese and accepting WeChat Pay and Alipay. The complimentary shuttle to and from Terminal 21 is a huge plus. There's a supermarket and a night market right outside, making daily life very convenient. The service is attentive, and the room views are fantastic. It’s a peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle, and having dining and accommodation all in one place is so hassle-free. A five-star experience at an affordable price – a must-stay when you're in Pattaya!"

"Along the beach, quiet area. Nice swimming pool, rooms are spacious. OK it's old but very clean. Lobby and restaurants area are very spacious too and easy to walk in/out. Entrance from sea side or city side. Smoking on balcony is allowed. Breakfast is very standard, nothing special. Food from restaurant is absolutely correct. At night, we can hear the waves from the balcony."
