"We had a very good stay at The Heritage Pattaya Resort. The property itself is well-maintained and offers a calm, relaxing atmosphere. Although the location is a bit far from the main town, it actually worked in our favor as it was peaceful and quiet—perfect for a relaxing family trip. The breakfast could definitely be improved in terms of variety, but we didn’t have any major issues with what we had—it was decent and satisfying. A special mention to the front desk lady (unfortunately, I can’t remember her name) who was extremely helpful. She went out of her way to sort out our rooms and managed to arrange for our family to stay in the same building, which we really appreciated. Overall, it’s an excellent place to stay, especially for families and groups of friends looking for a comfortable and peaceful environment."

"This place is less than a ten-minute walk from the beach, and the value for money is absolutely fantastic! The service was also great; the front desk lady was very friendly. Plus, there's a play area for kids, making it super family-friendly. For the price, it really exceeded my expectations!"

"The hotel was nice but more for families as on the weekend the beach chairs were always full and many kids around. The hotel has private beach with free kayaking during your stay which was quite nice. Hotel were friendly and kind too. Location is a bit inconvenient but you can book a taxi to go to city center still just not very walkable. Worth the price tho, should stay at least 2days+ to properly enjoy the beach and facilities"

The facilities are comprehensive, featuring a sea-view restaurant, a spa, and multiple infinity pools. You can enjoy delicious food, massages, and take stunning photos without even leaving the hotel – a truly excellent all-in-one resort experience. The peaceful environment and attentive service make it ideal for both family trips and romantic getaways. Highly recommended!"

"The overall ambiance is very Thai. I booked it based on the photos of the environment. Most of the guests staying here are Russian. You can tell this hotel is quite old, even though it's been renovated. The bathroom, especially the toilet, is pretty mediocre and outdated. The service was just so-so; we didn't receive a welcome drink when we arrived, but other foreign guests did. Out of the four hotels I booked for this trip to Thailand, this was the only one that charged us for our child's breakfast, whereas the others didn't charge extra. As for the location, if you're used to staying around Soi 1 and Soi 2, this place is relatively less convenient. It's close to Terminal 21, but still at least a ten-minute walk, which is hard for kids in the hot Thai weather. I wouldn't highly recommend it."

"I love this place. Everything is great, the pool is excellent. The receptionists and staff are wonderful, I thank them very much. This is our second time staying there. We will definitely stay there again when we return to Jomtien. The only downside is that there are many more mosquitoes compared to other places we've stayed in Jomtien."

"This place is always my go-to when I come to Pattaya. Great service and facilities. There is a reason that I keep coming back. The Breakfast Buffet is top-notch as well."

"When we checked in, we asked the front desk if there were any high-floor rooms available. The lady there, with a professional but insincere smile, immediately said they were fully booked and told us we were lucky to even check in at noon. However, I checked Trip.com right away, and it clearly showed rooms were still available for that day! This kind of 'seasoned veteran' attitude from hotel staff hasn't changed in over a decade. The hotel being old is an objective fact, which is fine, but the hygiene truly wasn't good. The drinks in the mini-fridge had mold growing on them, and many other details were unhygienic. I recommend not consuming anything from there. The beach is nice and offers standard resort amenities: beautiful beach, and very nice security staff who help pull out loungers for you. The sand is a bit coarse, so it's not very comfortable underfoot. Breakfast was decent, and there's a restaurant (didn't try it, looked unappetizing). I didn't go to the spa, but my partner said the environment was nice, though the massage itself was mediocre. Chasing after 'value for money' comes with its drawbacks: The hotel front desk staff are too slick and unhelpful when it comes to solving problems. The hygiene conditions are poor. The soundproofing is incredibly, incredibly, incredibly bad! Thankfully, there's a 7-Eleven nearby to somewhat redeem it!"

"This hotel is located diagonally across from Terminal 21, right next to Let's Relax. The nearest 7-Eleven is about a 5-minute walk away. You won't find many Chinese guests here; it's mostly older Western couples. The pool is always busy with foreigners from morning till night. Breakfast is just okay. I really loved the ambiance of the garden path, with light filtering through the trees. You might spot a gecko or two in the hallways. The room facilities aren't very new, so if you're particular about hotel surroundings, you might want to consider other options. Also, be sure to bring a faucet filter when you check in!"
