Very new, clean and great amenities! Love everything there!

I can tell this hotel is still pretty new! The building and room was immaculate. Friendly encounters with staff. Check-in was smooth and parking validation wasn’t complicated. I stayed for a one-day staycation and it was perfect. I will likely stay again.

I’m sad to say that for a relatively new hotel, this property seems to be going downhill quickly and no longer appears interested in proper maintenance or guest experience. My first impression this time was disappointing. The person checked me in he is manager on duty, felt unwelcoming and did not offer a warm greeting. As a repeat guest, I did not feel genuinely welcomed at all. I originally chose this hotel because I stayed here in early March and truly enjoyed the experience. At that time, the hotel was new, clean, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, during this recent short stay, my experience was very different. The attitude of the staff was disappointing, and the upkeep of the property also seemed neglected. While I didn’t see every area of the hotel, it is still a new property and should be much better maintained and cleaned than what I observed. Overall, this stay left me disappointed. Although I visit this neighborhood every month, I don’t think I would choose to stay here again based on this experience.

It was one of the worst Marriott hotel experiences I’ve had. When we checked in, the AC in our room was not working and the temperature kept getting hotter. We called the front desk multiple times and were repeatedly told “we’re on our way” or “5 minutes,” but it took four calls before someone finally came to look at it. They temporarily fixed the issue, but within an hour the room started heating up again. The front desk initially assured us they would move us to another room, but once they realized we were only staying one night, they refused to accommodate us. Spending over $200 to stay in a hot room and deal with such poor customer service was extremely disappointing and frustrating.

I stayed here second time, very neat and well kept facility, they charge etc for parking. One suggestion would be to get parking at the front garage at discounted rate for the guests and make it part of booking.

Very clean and organized facilities inside and outside the property. Friendly staff, parking garage very close by with elevators leading into lobby area. Planning to stay again. Just tweak the $20 breakfast bar with a waffle maker, buffet style eggs and sausage, etc and a slightly bigger selection. A couple of plates were just slices of cheese.

It was the most clean and safe hotel I have ever stayed at. The front desk staff was so lovely and kind and I really enjoyed my stay and will be coming back to the hotel when I come back into town.

Good value and nice overall, only big flaw is very low water pressure and flow volume in shower. Barely a shower, takes double time to get clean.

The hotel is very nice and location is great - the only negative was the breakfast was really not much. Stale bread. Cereal with no milk. Got coffee and that was good....
