The hotel's location is a bit out of the way, but they offer a free shuttle service. The shuttle driver was excellent, very helpful with luggage. The room amenities were basic, but the free breakfast was a big plus – very filling, and coffee was always available. The two American front desk staff were typical 'American indifferent,' not overly warm or cold. Overall, it offers decent value for money, and most of the guests are Westerners.

We had a great stay at Hampton Inn Boston Logan Airport. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near the airport. One of the highlights was the excellent complimentary breakfast with plenty of options to start the day. The free airport shuttle was very convenient and reliable. Overall, a great place to stay, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the Boston area.

Location of the hotel is really close to the airport. It is a nice hotel, the price a bit too high for the quality of the rooms. There were a few things that could be better, hair on places you don't want them, dirty spots. Parkinglot that was full and the price was 20 dollars a night

Neat, clean hotel with key amenities and close to the airport, with shuttle. Shuttle every 20 minutes. Hotel facade seems a bit dated, though. Service was friendly.

Unbelievable service! I spent over an hour on the phone at the airport. The front desk lady picked up and left me on hold for over 50 minutes just to find the shuttle. Then, I had to wait at the front desk for another 30 minutes to check in. It makes no sense why there was only ONE staff member working on a Tuesday night. Every single passenger had to wait for over an hour, and the manager was nowhere to be found

The breakfast was great. I assume all rooms come with it, but no one asked me when I was there. Hot water and coffee are available at all times. There are plenty of shuttle buses that go to every terminal. When I first arrived, I couldn't find the hotel at the airport and ended up paying extra for a taxi. I made sure to take a picture on my way back to the airport for everyone's reference.
