U.S. airports need to catch up. Really disappointed they should be the best in the world 🌍 i don’t understand

Clean and better than expected. Breakfast was great. Will definitely back here if happen to transit overnight at Boston airport again.

I made this reservation months in advance and also arranged airport pick up at midnight. When we arrived at the airport, I called the hotel to ask where to get the shuttle and to ask what time it would arrive. The person only told me me "Soon, goodbye" and ended the call. We tried calling a again and was told the same thing. The shuttle came eventually. We almost called an Uber because we had no idea how long it would be. At check in, we were told there were no rooms available even though the person could see the reservation in the system. We were told that because we did not call to say we would arrive after 11pm, no rooms were available. I told him I had called to arrange airport pickup after 11pm and was not told that I had to call closer to the check in date you say we would arrive after 11pm. After about 30 minutes, we were finally given a room. The room itself was fine. The bed was very comfortable. There were other guests who also has a reservation snd were ultimately turned away. It seems that the hotel gets overbooked with third parties, including Trip and *******. Better to book with this hotel directly, and call to let them know if you are going to arrive after 11pm..

We just arrived late from China, the receptionist here was so rude, our feeling …wow! what a big difference between the two countries!!

The keys for the first room we got didn’t work, I had to run to front desk twice to change to a different room.

Good stay. Had fun. There are enough facilities - a gym, a cafeteria, breakfast, etc.

Nice cute hotel

Location of the hotel is very good for short term overnight stay. It is close to the airport. Breakfast is also fine. The only thing is that now it charge for parking. 

One of the shuttle bus drivers drove the vehicle roughly and dangerously, and our suitcases were broken and cracked. We took shuttle buses about four times, but he was the only one who drove that way. The other drivers were good. The suitcase became distorted and would not open. I finally forced it open.

This place is amazing. I got engaged here with my boyfriend and will always feel here like at home. It’s home now. Thank you

Efficient and clean. Not as close to the airport as I expected but still convenient.

Very satisfied with this place, close to the city and the airport. For travelers that arrive early you can pay for an early check-in. At the time of writing I paid 50 dollars and it was absolutely worth it.

Excellent services and friendly front desk

Hotel is clean. The breakfast was great over the 3 days. The service from front desk and bar was great. Only thing I wish they did up the rooms daily.
