Everyone should book a hotel in Boston in advance, as it is too expensive to book too close to the time... This hotel has a reasonable price, is relatively new and not dirty.

Truly want to commend the hotel staff- they had a lot to deal with once the flights started canceling this past Sunday.. & the overall quality of the hotel/room. If the flights are canceled again, we’ll be staying here again.

I cleaned my own room. I didn't use the gym or pool. I used the laundry- it was complimentary. The only employee who has awesome customer service skills was OSCAR, he usually worked the 2nd shift, 3pm to 11pm. I had More than 8 maintenance issues- and Oscar called Maintenance immediately to address it. Also, Housekeeping did not speak English. OSCAR needed to translate to get the items I needed. I even talked in Spanish regarding, and the Head Housekeeper seemed confused. I left written notes EN ESPAÑOL- and I believe they knew did not how to read or write in Spanish, or English.

Such a nice hotel … super clean, very friendly and attentive team. They have free laundry facilities which was so help as I was leaving the next day for another bz trip. Will be staying here again!
