SpringHill Suites Boston Logan Airport Revere Beach

One of the worst hotels so far!!! We had reserved a room with 2 double beds for 4 nights. On arrival they told us that the room was not available and we would have to stay the first night in another room of a different category and then change rooms again the next day. They didn't apologize and charged us twice for the deposit without telling us anything! The breakfast was one of the worst I have ever seen. No choice, lowest quality and very unfriendly staff. When we changed rooms they didn't even apologize and just gave us the key. On the third day the room was simply not cleaned, although we left the room at 08:00 and only came back at 19:00. When I asked for two fresh towels the reception was very arrogant and didn't even care why the room wasn't cleaned. Breakfast is only until 09:00 during the week. At 08:55 everything was already started to be cleared away and the coffee was already finish! In general a hotel absolutely to avoid with very unfriendly and incompetent staff!!!

Had a very warm welcome from all the receptionists, truly amazing service. With a walking distance to the beach view like this, it is definitely a bonus! However if the breakfast service can improve slightly would have been our top notch hotel! (Not rushing us through (before the closing time)😆, coffee/ tea to be provided at lobby 24/7 would be perfect during a cold night back. Anyway would definitely coming back!

Third year in a row staying here.We had a great time and the hotel in in a great location.My only issue was that only one elevator was working!!??A busy hotel on the weekend and it can take quite some time to get to your room or the parking area.After checking in it took our party around 15 minutes to all get to the 3rd floor!I understand these things happen but according to a guest I spoke with ,the elevator issue had been going on for a few days!The staff was friendly, the hotel is very clean and quiet and having a beautiful beach across the street is a huge plus so I do reccomend the hotel but the elevator issue was unfortunately an issue

great location, close to airport, easy, quick, train ride to Boston, across from beach. Spacious lobby with lots of room to gather. Excellent food / fine dining to pizza and subs nearby. Comfortable rooms. Below average breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff.

Fast check in and out, clean facility, conveniently located near train station to get into and out of Boston. Choice of 3 restaurants with excellent choice of food and drink, all moderately priced. Free breakfast bar included with stay with good hot and cold food choices.

It is close to the airport and located nearby the ocean. I enjoyed the breakfast and the view from my room. I will visit again next time.

Overall cleanliness of the hotel was lacking. Common areas, corridors not cleaned or vaccumed. You have to request room service 24h in advance if you want it. Restaurant was great, location was great if you’re looking for a beach stay.
