Fabulous 👌 Easy to check-in. Good kitchen, wish it had washing/drying machine. Shower curtain could be better but overall good enough. Parking not as easy as I wish but still managed to get it. Got a Nice and quite area A+

It’s in the good location close to the bus stop so we can walk to the gathering place. The room is clean and comfortable we have large space

The house was larger than I thought. It was very comfortable and convenient. We enjoyed staying there very much.

Really loved our stay at this hotel apartment, it was much better than I had expected. The location is amazing, right by the bars, restaurants and shops but we didn't hear a thing. The apartment was like brand new, everything was spotless and had everything we needed. They deliver a breakfast basket each day, as well as fresh bakery bread loaf each morning at 8am. The bread was some of the nicest I have ever eaten and they were kind enough to substitute our basket for a vegan one and we got three full packets of vegan cheese (Violife), Oatly oat milk, vegan butter and loads of jams and spreads. I was really impressed. Would definitely stay again.

Location is perfect. Room is well equipped, breakfast is more than enough and changed everyday. Free laundry for guest is ideal for family travel

We enjoyed a great stay at Reykjavík Residence Apartment Hotel. The room is clean, comfortable and big to accommodate 3 persons. Location is perfect, walkable distance to city center and nearby attractions. Hotel staff are nice , friendly and super helpful. Highly recommend!!

Love this place. big enough for 4 of us and love the daily breakfast, very generous. Practically a big studio with kitchen. As expenditures in Iceland is high, we can make toasts daily help save $$. Very clean and good brand of toiletries they used. As they own various apartments, so locations may various but still near to Bus stop 14 and 6 where most tour bus will pick up

Very nice facility and well situated in downtown. I would book it again. If there was anything to gripe about it would that the shower was a bit small but it got the job done nicely with a bit of creative movement.

Highly recommended! The front desk service attitude is very good, and any needs are solved in a timely manner. The room is warm, comfortable and clean. The location is very good. If you want to go out to eat, there are various restaurants nearby. The room is equipped with a full set of kitchen utensils. You can buy something from the supermarket next door and cook it yourself. The breakfast is fresh and the variety is adjusted every day. After a tiring day of playing, I don’t want to go anywhere when I return to the room. It’s so warm!
