Can’t believe that the hotel’s management is so terrible. I asked for a quiet and higher floor room but the reception lady was so impatient and not friendly at all. She gave us a low level room with unfriendly tone. We said our requests weeks ago but the hotel forgot to arrange. Poor service, and the room is near bus stop which is terrible because it’s so noisy. My wife is pregnant and the hotel confirmed our request but the reception refused our request. Won’t recommend anyone to book it! Terrible service!

Hygiene: The sanitation is very poor. As soon as you enter the room, you can smell a strong smell of urine, which feels like it is on the carpet. It cannot be dissipated even if you open the window.
Facilities: Very old hotel
Service: Poor service attitude

The only shortcoming is that the bathroom is not separated from wet and dry. The bath water will flow to the floor outside the bathroom. After taking a bath, the bathroom will be wet. The wash basin is relatively small. It is easy to brush your teeth and get outside the basin or the faucet. By the way, you need to bring your own slippers~

Really satisfied! I really like the view of this hotel. The beds and pillows are so comfortable. The transportation is very convenient. It's close to the beach and the embassy. The price is reasonable. The breakfast is also good and delicious.
