I had a nice at Thingholt Apartements middle of May 2024. The apar**ent is fully equipped, also with dishwasher an combined Microwave and Oven. It was very quiet during my stay. I found the apar**ent very clean when I arrived. The stuff was very very kindly and helpful. I enjoyed may stay and will be definitely book it again, when I will come back Reykjavik again.

We stayed 4 nights in February,the apar**ent was very warm,vary spacious equipped with all you need,but I didn't liked the smell of the water. But definitely I'll choose again.

We stayed in the 1 bed apt. Beautiful apar**ent with all amenities , well maintained .
Very friendly and helfpul staff.
Location cannot get better. 5 min walk to the main chruch and many bars restaurants.Also near all the bus stops and tour pick up spots

Excellent apar**ent/hotel in Reykjavik. Great location downtown, close to all the shopping and bus stops 3 and 6 for bus tours. The kitchen has everything you need to make your own meals.
The only thing is that it’s a bit loud at night due to nearby bars and restaurants. But the hotel provides earplugs.
Comfortable rooms and bed which made our trip even more enjoyable. Will stay here again.

We arrived at the hotel office across the street from the Thinghold Apar**ents to check in. I parked on the street directly in front of the office. During check-in, the agent told us that the Thingholt Apar**ents only has 4 parking spots, and they were all full. I asked if it was then OK for me to leave our car parked on the street instead. She said that a referendum by the city council had just taken effect 4 days prior, making all parking paid. I asked how I could pay through our departure time in the morning, and she told me that there was no way to prepay for the next day, so someone would have to come out and feed the meter by 9:00am. Talk about an inconvenience! The listing for these apar**ents should now say, "Almost zero parking." I gripe, but we got extremely lucky. As I was hauling our luggage into the unit from the back alley, one of the four cars left... so I took his spot.

Fantastic option in downtown Reykjavik. Centrally located. Very clean apar**ent. Near main street with restaurants, shopping, and grocery stores -- but far enough away that it was quiet. Highly recommend!
