房間非常好，有廚房烤箱餐具，地址也靠近市中心。但是！如果沒有漫遊電話可以聯繫店主，就不要定，郵件不會聯繫的，我等到入住前，甚至退房後，都沒有收到過它任何郵件。衹能打電話聯繫，有一個24小時在線的客服，但如果一直等郵件，衹怕入住就會有問題（確實門口有人因為聯繫不上發愁）。

Mala experiencia. Llegamos al hotel y nos enteramos allí mismo, después de que nosotros llamamos ya que no nos había llegado el mail para realizar el check in, que no teníamos habitación allí y nos iban a reubicar en otro apartamento el cual quedaba 17 minutos más lejos del centro de lo que quedaba este mismo. Eso no fue lo peor sino que como teníamos dos noches tuvimos que dejar el otro apartamento antes de las 11 y volver a este pero hasta las 15 no podíamos ingresar a la habitación. Obviamente por todos estos inconvenientes no tuvieron ningún gesto hacia nosotros.
Además no podes dejar las valijas para retirarlas más tarde si tiene vuelo en la tarde o noche.

他の方の口コミ通りでした。
前日になってもセルフチェックインコードが送られてこなかったので、予約サイトに連絡して確認してもらったところ、直接ホテルに電話をしてくださいとのことでした。
アイスランドで使っていたeSIMが通話に対応していなかったので、チェックインコードをテキストで送ってもらえるように頼みましたがなぜか送ってもらえず、直接チェックインの方法を教えるから15時にフロントに来てほしいと言われました。
15時過ぎにホテルに行きましたが、フロントはなく、そもそもホテル内に入るにもコードが必要になるため、ロビーにも辿り着けず寒いなか外で凍えました。
たまたま通りかかったスタッフにチェックインの方法を教えてもらい、無事チェックイン出来ましたが、ただチェックインするだけなのに1時間もかかりました。
チェックイン前に荷物を預かってもらえるとのことでしたが、連絡が取れないので結局バスターミナル近くのコインロッカーに預けました。本当に最悪の経験でした。
あとで分かったことですが、ホテル直通のメールアドレスはなく、電話しか出来ないとのことでした。今どき電話オンリーなんてありますか？信じられません。

THE BEST PLACE TO STAY! Not only does this place have self-check-in and check-out but the room is beautifully designed. This self-contained studio was perfectly located close to the city and had all the amenities to make our Icelandic trip cheaper than it would have been. A cosy place to stay and has free parking. Would highly recommend staying here!

We stayed for one night and it did what we wanted it too, the room was lovely modern deco, night for one or two nights in Iceland. Location is ok there’s some places to go a short walk away

I went into my room, to find someone else lying in the bed naked, apparently I had been double booked and my card still normally worked to get in to this other persons room. Absurd stuff. They moved me to their sister hotel, which was further and really affected our plans. The hotel breakfast was horrible, and pretty much all the items were gone if you dident go early enough. Our room was full of dust, untidy and in general just very glum. We were promised a half of the price refund, which I was chasing for 6 months before giving up. Their manager Jokull Thomason has been constantly lying on the phone, saying he's working on it, without really progressing the issue at all. Jokull Thomason never, not even once, said that the refund would not be coming, instead he kept on promising and apologising. Bizarre behaviour, please save your money and yourself from headaches and go somewhere else.

We were locked out and our keys had been swapped during our stay. Wasn’t ideal to be sitting outside the lobby for someone to sort it out at 1am. Disappointing not to be able to check out a day earlier when our plans had change. This had been requested 2 weeks in advance.
