We loved our recent stay at Lambis!!! The studio apartment we had was basic but very clean, spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and the shower blissful!! The pool area was well equipped with plentiful sunbeds and very well maintained. Food delicious, fresh and such good value!!! We found the owners friendly and hardworking. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Lambis we have had such a chilled family break!!

The food menu items were excellent The property is hilly, not ideal for anyone with mobility issues but neither is Lindos in general Property is beautiful

Booked independently but by the looks of it everyone else is a Jet 2 fly and flop never leaving the hotel I arrived after a long hot day from Symi to be greeted by a very rude women who flung my key down and who told me to walk up hill to the left, never mind help with my luggage or where I should park my hire car Con’s They don’t tell you when booking that aircon is extra ( I’ve not had to pay before in other hotels in Greece or indeed in Rhodes Town or Symi this holiday, and it’s not cheap! The bathroom is pretty poor and needs an urgent update No breakfast included (I was aware) but barely anything to self cater with No wine/ beer glasses or ice cube tray provided Bedding not changed over 5 nights, patio only swept once Not suitable for anyone with mobility issues due to steep slope Pro’s Bed was new and a decent quality New fridge and toaster I asked for a good view and room 65 was on the top floor with decent sea views Anything lower would have no view due to new construction site Pool area was lovely and sunbeds were of good quality Can’t comment on the food, the rude manager put me off from eating or drinking there Would I stay again, no!

Really well located, 15 mins walk to Lindos town, which was perfect for us (it is up a pretty steep hill so maybe not so great for everyone). The pool and bar area was really nice and modern too. Only giving it 3 as the rooms were pretty outdated and not the cleanest, we had to pay an extra €10 a night for air conditioning, and we also booked a double room but we were given a twin.

This is a great place to stay, it is very well run by Cristyana and her staff, the new sunbeds are brill, the food is good, the pool is spacious, we have stayed here for several years, this year for 3 weeks, and we will stay here again , i recommend this place.

Rooms are VERY tired…our bathroom was horrible…wasn’t clean, bath sides all rust, plug hole dirty….apartment wasn’t clean. An earring was on the floor, obviously from previous guest, and was still there when we left! The communal areas have been modernised to a good standard, and sunbeds were nice and comfy so let’s hope they sort the apartments out. The young lad who works behind the bar of an evening is rude and clearly doesn’t enjoy his job. No friendly exchanges, just an inconvenience to ask for a drink! I love Lindos and have been 3 times, but would not return to Lambis. The food around the pool was hit and miss, some days really nice, other days not so good! Think they rely on repeat guests, however, why you’d choose to return to these outdated apartments for the price you pay is beyond me !

We've just returned from a week's stay at Lambis but wouldn't return. We got off to a bad start with a very late night arrival because shortly afterwards the power went off in our room whilst boiling a kettle. I informed the staff who turned the power back on and was advised not to use the kettle as it was probably the cause and they'd get us a replacement in the morning. Unfortunately as I was on my way back, my partner, who was unaware of this, tried to use the kettle and the power went off again. The manager stormed up to our room pulling plugs out of sockets and grabbed the offending kettle. I'd just emptied the water out for them to take back and he accused me of trying to boil it with no water in!!! Why would anyone do that? There had been plenty of water! I became the woman who boils empty kettles despite explaining that was incorrect. After that, we kept away from the pool area as we felt unwelcome so they missed out on getting their hands on a lot of our money. Our room was ok but tired and dated and needed a few repairs. I think the housekeeper had it in for us too as our sheets weren't changed for the entire week. That's bad enough but the bathroom was shabby with dirty grout, grubby window and mirror, chrome flaking off the soap holder and a shower curtain that was so filthy and brown on the bottom edge that I don't believe it's been changed all season. Lindos is beautiful 😍 Lambis is not 🤢

We stayed here for 1 week, and booked it last minute after our original holiday at Lindos Horizon being cancelled. Pros: Nice grounds and nice bar area. Comfortable rooms, good beds and good air con. Cons: Pool area too busy for the number of rooms. Very, very unfriendly staff. Particularly the manager who made you feel like you were bothering her when ordering food and drink. Final verdict: I wouldn’t stay here again, as the unfriendliness of the staff was a big issue for us. But if you are not bothered by this or the busy pool area, it’s not a bad place to stay.

Can you review somewhere when you’ve stayed there before? Of course you can! We first stayed at Lambis in 2015 and have been back quite a few times since. As someone else already mentioned, you will bump into people around the pool who just keep coming back year after year. Undoubtably this is because it just has such a great vibe, with extremely friendly staff, good facilities and it’s in a great location. I also visited Lindos as a single female traveller in October 2022 and stayed at Lambis - I felt very safe and looked after. This year has seen a big change around the pool, with a modern and aesthetically pleasing make over to the bar and dining area. The pool depth has been raised (not as deep as it was), which makes it feel a whole lot safer for kids and those who don’t like to feel out of their depth. There’s plenty of super comfy sun loungers and umbrellas, with a few double cabana style loungers. As always the food is fantastic, whether you just have breakfast or lunch. If you don’t fancy the 15 minute walk into the village, try out their evening meals - absolutely superb and exceptionally good value. Faidra will perfectly cook you up anything from a toastie to a swordfish 😋 Bar prices are great and cocktails are a good size. That first pint of Alfa in an ice cold glass poured by Christana is top tier 🍻 The rooms are a good size, whether you opt for a studio or a two-room apartment. Yes they are typically Greek and basic, however what do you need when there is so much to see of this beautiful island: bed, shower, loo, kitchenette with full size fridge, kettle, toaster and a balcony for your afternoon/early evening “prinks” (don’t forget the Lays!). The beds are comfy and our 12 year old is happy to sleep on the sofa bed as they are comfy too. I can vouch for this as I did have an afternoon siesta on it! The gardens around Lambis are gorgeous and well tended to. If like us you hire a car, there is plenty of space to park. The walk into Lindos takes around 15 mins if you head right out of Krana and go down the steps into the village. Takes about 30 mins to walk back if you’ve had a few bevvies, but taxis are cheap and plentiful from the main square in Lindos (around €5-€7). We stayed at Lambis again this July/August, during the devastating fires. Luckily we hadn’t booked a package holiday so we wasn’t unnecessarily evacuated from Rhodes. However, not once did we feel unsafe or worried about the situation and the whole Lambis family were very caring and understanding with their guests. This was especially evident when families were being relocated from the fire hit areas of the island who ended up at Lambis. So will we go back? Of course we are. See you October Lambis crew, just in time before your restful winter. Ευχαριστώ πολύ ☺️
