Platoni Elite

Although we travel a lot and have stayed in many different places, this accommodation has to be one of the best ever! The overall experience was really good and the accommodation is perfect value for money. It is a family run business with friendly staff and best of all a sense of humour! The food was good (both breakfast and dinner). I am super particular about cleaning and I have to say that the standard of cleaning in this place was first class! We will definitely be coming back here!

We loved our 6 night stay at Platoni Elite. The room was well equipped with great air con, and cleaned daily. It included pool towels, which was a useful extra. The pool is perfect size and never too busy. Location is great - it's a short walk away from the main street so quiet, but just across from a supermarket and the bus stop (regular, cheap buses into rhodes town). The food and personal service were absolutely excellent, really stand-out. Honestly, we usually like to eat at different places each night on holiday, but we loved it so much here that we ate here most meals! There was always a great choice of delicious, home cooked greek food, with amazing salads and also including some easy kid foods like fish fingers and pizza. There is nothing to fault. Highly recommend.

Fantastic family run apartments,very friendly owners who go out of there way to help with whatever you need,apartments are spacious ,beds very comfortable with a nice balcony. 15 minute walk into town where there are loads of restaurants and bars to spend your evenings. Working in hospitality we always book hotels and this was our first apartment, well it did not disappoint. We arrived to a warm welcome, the apartment was spotless and very spacious, the food was amazing, staff great and nothing was a problem. Quiet area with a 10 minutes walk to the beach however the pool is also lovely, no fighting for sunbeds or having to pay - bliss. We ate there several times enjoying their Greek specialities with complimentary dip at the start and lovey wee slice of cake at the end - lovely touch! Was great to sit with the family and hear their stories. You can see why they get so many return customers...they care about your experience and it shows! 10/10 loved it!

Me and my boyfriend came to Rhodes for a holiday for 12 nights and stayed at the Platoni Elite. The apartments were very well situated and a short distance from the supermarket (literally just over the road) and the beach (10 minute walk). Ialyssos town was a 10 minute walk away with plenty of restaurants and shops. Bus stops were a short distance away from the apartments, with the bus being able to take you to Rhodes town as well as other areas - it was 3 euro for a single journey in which you could travel anywhere on that bus route for that much. There was options to hire motorbikes and quad bikes too. There was a well-kept pool area with comfortable sun beds and a restaurant area. The food was very tasty, with breakfast, lunch and dinner options available. The vanilla milkshake was lush. Our apartment was spacious and cleanly, and the air-con worked very well, keeping both the bedroom and dining/ kitchen area cool. The room was cleaned daily; the cleaner was very nice and even left us lovely heart-shaped towels on one morning. The family who ran the apartments were very welcoming and friendly - as a token they gave us a gift bag on our departure which was very kind of them. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and genuinely didn’t want to leave, especially with the sweetest group of kittens residing close to the area as well, who we will also miss very much. We would definitely return to the apartments if we came back to Rhodes. Thank you for your hospitality.
