Better than nothing

We arrived at the hotel at 7pm and there was no room available! After insisting so much and to avoid missing my appointment, they wanted to temporarily give us a dirty room. We had to fight a lot with me to get a clean room! Very unprepared and uncaring!

I made the payment twice, first through the reservation on the Trip app, it was already on my invoice, I showed it to the receptionist and even so they said there was no payment and I paid again by debit at the time of check-in, now I have to run after it and waste a lot of time for the refund.

Acho ótimas as acomodações, mas da última vez que fui tive problemas com o pagamento, pois me cobrar no site e fizeram com que eu passe o cartão na hora do check in.
