I haven’t been this pleasantly surprised by a hotel in a long time. From the moment of arrival to departure, every aspect of this hotel was simply exceptional. The staff were extraordinarily friendly and accommodating. Every employee I encountered was not only polite but also genuinely committed to fulfilling all my wishes. This sincere hospitality made my stay particularly enjoyable. The food at the hotel was another highlight. The quality and variety of the dishes were impressive. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner—every meal was a delight and left nothing to be desired. I especially want to highlight the fresh ingredients and the loving preparation of the dishes. The animation was also top-notch. The animation team was enthusiastic and managed to strike a wonderful balance between entertainment and relaxation. There was a wide range of activities suitable for both children and adults, and the program was varied and well-organized. Overall, the hotel exceeded all expectations. The combination of friendly staff, excellent food, and entertaining animation made my stay unforgettable. I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and look forward to my next visit.

This is a family-run hotel, (Chiara and Claudio, sister, and brother) with fantastic staff and facilities. I am just back from a week-long stay in the Adlon with 20 friends – we were on a cycling holiday. It caters for families as well. Everything about this hotel, without exception, is 5 stars. All the staff are professional and friendly and provide top-class service: reception, housekeeping, restaurant (waiting and cooking) bar, and cycle tour leaders. The hotel is located beside the beach. There is a large buffet choice and flexible times for meals. We all would come back again.

Great guides...helpful staff always smiling great food and dessert /// staff was. patient with us..coming late for lunch more promotion on your side trip to the wineries...which were great time. nice if the guides could speak more English..

I had a lovely time. Food was amazing for large buffet choice and flexibility of restaurant opening time. Staff professional and friendly. The bike room was clean and well organized. The bike services were top-notch, from bike clothes laundry to a dispenser of cold water to fill the bike bottles. All in all a 4-star stay!

Had a wonderful 11 day stay with a cycling group from Canada. A wonderful hotel with first-rate staff. The buffet food is excellent (at every meal) and lots of variety. We all rented road bikes and they were high quality and in great shape. Rides were enjoyable and often very challenging (lots of climbing!) The hotel is situation on the most beautiful beach and the town of Riccione is surprisingly large and full of interesting shops. Would definitely recommend for a cycling holiday!

For my first every European cycling trip I joined about a dozen of my friends and went to the Adlon Bike Hotel in Riccione, IT. The riding was great - with variations suitable to any level or reasonably skilled road cyclist. The roads were not butter smooth, so you had to watch for longitudinal cracks in the asphalt. The hotel manager Chiara and her staff were just excellent. So much good food available every day. I had a great room overlooking the Adriatic .By late September the massive beach crowds have disappeared, and the area is an ideal place to ride your bike. The weather was gorgeous. I would return again if I can.
