Kindness and friendliness, in a hotel practically on the sea and close to all the strategic places of Riccione. Excellent breakfast, even gluten/lactose free

Given that the breakfast was good, however we found a dirty fork that had clearly already been used at the table, the staff were overall friendly but this is where the nice experience ends. They gave us a standard room instead of the superior, which we specifically requested and paid for. It wasn't superior at all, as can also be seen from the website, so a nice mockery. Cheap and rather dilapidated furnishings, overall in need of renovation, the same goes for the bathroom, chipped mixers that do little to match what the hotel promises. maybe the superior rooms are better but we can't say that because we didn't have the pleasure of staying there. The sea view only with binoculars, and leaning out from the balcony, rooms not at all soundproofed, noise from the street and from the comings and goings of the guests to the point that it seemed like they were in the room. The only thing about the boutique hotel is the price, which I paid thinking that I would find myself in a completely different place. Really overpriced for what we actually got. I gave one star because you can't do less, I won't go back and I don't recommend it, stay away from this hotel. There are many on the Riviera, even two star ones, certainly better.

I stayed at the Montecarlo hotel with my partner for two nights. The stay was pleasant. The strong point is the breakfast, rich, abundant and varied and of good quality; the location has a strong characteristic that represents the jungle. The rooms are spacious, unfortunately the bed was uncomfortable and very hard. As for the welcome, it was a shame because it is a hotel that has a lot of potential but the welcome was cold and detached for the entire duration of the stay, we would have liked more involvement on the part of the reception. Overall I would give this stay a decent rating.

In addition to the professionalism of the staff, the structure excels in the morning breakfast, offering guests quality products with the possibility of choosing from many foods, both sweet and savory. Well done

Excellent location...excellent breakfast, if you can only improve the gym with more professional equipment and add some more equipment to satisfy more exercises in the workouts, everything else is ok 👌

Unfortunately negative experience with this establishment. Description from the site does not conform to reality, as a swimming pool service is offered (according to them offered) all the time. Unfortunately it is not specified that it is a small swimming pool completely in the shade, dirty and cold as it is located under trees facing the road. As far as I'm concerned, the service is totally unacceptable. But the real disservice was the lack of assistance once the inconvenience was reported, which was followed by a response from the reception, after two reminders having received no response from them, "for us there is no disservice so do as you want" I add poor cleanliness of the rooms with dust on the surfaces, and an inappropriate shower cubicle with mold along the silicone profiles. It should also be specified that they do not have any bicycle service as described on various platforms other than four bikes on display (very dated) which according to the reception are for the exclusive use of the staff.
