My co-worker and I stayed here during a road trip for business and I have to say, I wish we had stayed at the Hampton Inn just across the street. We checked in past midnight and just everything about this place just made me wish we went to the Hampton, but I was trying to build my Marriot Bonvoy account back up since I am already maxxed out on my Hilton account so we stayed here. How this place was $200 for a night is beyond me, this hotel is old and outdated, my room wasn't very clean, the staff was rude both checking inn and well wasn't even acknowledged when checking out. We got in at midnight and I was going to their ”gym” which is basically a closet with a treadmill or two (ok not the end of the world I get it, not the biggest selling point) but I also asked the front desk for a milk for my protein shake after my work out, she gave me one and I wish she hadn't it was expired and curdled and gross, I unfortunately didn't look at it before putting it in my blendjet to mix it up and well lets just say I dumped it right out. So I ended up going to bed at about 02-0230 to then be abruptly woken at 08 by the sounds of housekeeping knocking on every door as loud as they could with their master key just to ask if we were checking out today... I mean yeah, I am, no I'm not leaving this second, I'm probably not going back to sleep at this point either though so thanks for that. I'd just steer clear of this fairfield inn and just stay at the Hampton Inn next to it, I've rarely had any issues with the Hampton Inn and I always know what I'm going to get with them esp for a way lower nightly rate for an off the interstate hotel. I think what I have the hardest time with is the cost for this place for one night...

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Richfield

It was clean, convenient and everyone was extremely pleasant and efficient even working on Christmas Day. The young man who checked us in and who was working many hours was just exceptional- as was Pam who did such a fantastic job with the A+( yes I was a teacher) breakfast which included a great variety of above average offerings , all kept very clean and orderly. She even wrapped bagels, bread, English muffins and apples in individual baggies ( which is appreciated during these Covid days) Great stay !

It maintains the same price / performance ratio and sleep comfort as the Quality Inn and other areas. The price and location are good. There are two problems. The first is heating in winter. The noise of the indoor air-conditioning fan is very loud. If it is turned off at night, it will be cold. The second is that the breakfast content is less

I have stayed at this property many times over the years when traveling from LA to Denver. It is quiet, clean and the staff is very friendly. I would recommend it to anyone traveling in this area. I will continue to stay here anytime I am near. A wonderful hotel.

This hotel was dated but well maintained. Staff was very friendly and professional. Kaylee understood that we needed to use the laundry room, put us in the room right next to the laundry. The first impression is so important. Her friendly positive attitude made our stay a lot better. A gentleman who checked us out in AM was polite and professional. Our room was on 2nd floor, all the way at end of the hall, right next to the laundry room. There's a microwave and a little bigger size of fridge than usual hotel, with separate door freezer. The room looked exact the same as pictures online. Breakfast was make your own waffle, cold items, pre-pkg sandwich/burritos due to covid. We'd stay here again if we come close by.

Though I stayed during remodeling I was most pleased with this hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I even got the pleasure to have a conversation with the owner and he is the perfect man for the new journey of his life! As stated , I was there during the remodel so I am looking forward to seeing the changes in the dining room and breakfast area. What I saw was going to be absolutely beautiful!

Sometimes bad things happen and during our stay, we just got hit with a few. Did not wish to give a negative review, so gave it some time to find out if we would get a call back with some explanation. That just happen moments ago when General Manage Alexa Engel called to seriously listen to the difficulties we encountered. She was most courteous and understanding and left us totally satisfied with giving this hotel high marks, in lieu of the misfortunate issues I mentioned to her. We are not going to list a single complaint because this is not a perfect world; things happen and Alexa convinced us they are doing their best. With not the slightest hesitation, I believe her. To be assured, what happened to us was not the norm. We stayed in different places in 10 different states and still want this hotel listed as one of the better ones.
