Staff was very friendly. The hotel could use some maintenance - some carpet was fraying in the halls, mattresses need replaced. Nothing was terrible, just time for some minor facelifts.

This facility is a fairly nice hotel. It was a little pricey for this weekend, but must have been lots going on other than the Apple Cup Stockcar Race. Racers use to frequent this hotel, but very few stayed this weekend. Way too expensive for them. It increased to double the former price. The breakfast was good, but slightly unusual. Breakfast food, instant eggs, hard-boiled eggs, oatmeal, biscuits, gravy & sausage, muffins, cereal, but also chicken strips & fries.

Everything was so nice. Even the Christmas music playing in the lobby and pool area. We found that so funny. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Facility is clean and modern. Rooms are large and comfortable. Parking is free, breakfast was outstanding and staff were friendly and professional

I understand a pet friendly hotel, but was not expecting ALL the rooms to have been pet friendly. Was in the room for 15 minutes and my eyes were itching. Switched rooms to one that had not had a pet in it for awhile. Was okay, until I got into bed…..by morning my eyes were itchy and swollen—even after 3 allergy pills! I was told each room is thoroughly cleaned. I now know NOT to stay at this hotel. I have travelled cross country and stayed at numerous “pet friendly” hotels….this is the first where I had an issue.

Great room, pool, and breakfast was amzing. Love this hotel and exceeded our expectations. Will definitely stay again. Very family friendly as my husband n I had our 2 yr old n 8 yr old grandsons with us
