Beautiful hotel but the location and amenities were very poor. Dinner was average. My breakfast was cold and uncovered without any cream for my coffee, despite requesting extra cream!!

The overall atmosphere of the hotel, the whirlpool pool, and the view overlooking the river were perfect. This time I came for a business trip, but next time I would like to come for a trip as well.

The best place to stay in Richland, Washington! Clean, comfortable, and spacious rooms. Wonderful amenities. Absolutely the best customer service and staff. We will definitely be back.

I absolutely love that this hotel has real glasses and coffee cups in the room, not disposable. It has real traditional room service which was amazing. Rooms are impeccable and beautiful. Setting is beautiful. We will definitely be back!!!

The Lodge is a very nice property with great views. Good access to the walking path, golf, shopping and dining. The staff is courteous and professional. The cookies at check-in are fabulous. Rooms are quiet and the fireplace is a nice cozy touch.

We love staying at the Lodge every December. We were a little disappointed with the Christmas decorations this year hoping next year will be more festive.

Check in was a breeze and early too! Which was nice! The bed was super comfy and the room was really nice size. Lots of extra touches like silverware and wine glasses. The shower was nice and excellent water pressure. The restaurant was really good for brunch. I got a massage at the spa and it was amazing, Gwen was nice and professional. The hot tub and pool were great too! They were outdoors, but covered which was awesome.

Upon check in I was assigned a room. After learning that I hadn’t been there before, the employee suddenly said she realized she had made a mistake and put us in the wrong room, so she had to re-issue my keys and switch rooms. No big deal, I figured. After looking at a hotel map, however, I realized we were initially in a river view room but after the change, we now had a parking lot view. Not a big deal in the grand scheme, but it was just very odd that nothing had changed over this brief period of checking in besides me stating I hadn’t stayed with them before, when suddenly my room assignment had to be changed.

Beautiful location on the Columbia River with excellent walking/biking paths out your door. In house bar and restaurant are great and there are other wonderful eating options within easy walking distance. Highly recommend The Lodge.
