Very noisy at night, can’t sleep at all

i found someone hair as i flip the pillow around to inspect. i address the issue to receptionist I told him i want all blanket sheets,pillow and blanket to be change. he bough up to me two bed sheet. no blanket, or pillow cover. i called atlest 5 times again to front desk and they did not pickup the phone.I end up have to go there myself. he give me my pillow covers but i asked for new blanket he said they dont have any.

The service was courteous and check in process was very smooth and quick. Would recommend friends an families to go there.

excellent service, great location, very clean room and amenities. we love there are these kind of hotels who accept pets for family travel.

Everything is pretty basic and they have used covid as an excuse to downgrade service, but they made efforts in their own way.

This time we are only spending one night in Vancouver. I checked in after 12pm and the front desk staff was efficient and friendly. Although the equipment inside the hotel and the rooms are relatively old, they are clean and tidy. Although the free breakfast is simple, it is a self-service checkered cake with surprises. It's a pity that the soundproofing is poor, and the wooden partitions will make it noisy. Personally, I think the price/performance ratio is good and I will consider staying here again next time.

The location is very convenient, there are restaurants all around. It's also close to the airport and easy to manage time. In addition to the soft bed, the equipment in the room is also good.

The room is a bit small and a bit noisy on the road. The breakfast is not good. There is a swimming pool, but the disinfectant smell is strong. The hygiene is OK. There are Chinese restaurants around. It would be more convenient to travel with a car.

Because it was dirty, I didn't stay, but the fee is non-refundable!
